Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn 550 m2 flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (3 x 5 m, depth 100 - 182 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the complex: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Hot tub (extra). Spa area (extra), playroom, shopping facilities, bicycle rental. Parking at the house. Dimension: height 255 cm. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "doppler" 150 m, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Schönes Haus in Meereshähe

Das Haus mit dem schönen Garten gefällt uns sehr gut. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Kleine negative Punkte: Sobald etwas Essen in der Küche steht kommen die Ameisen und die Hunde der Nachbarin bellen oft. Alles in allem passt das Angebot und wir würden/werden dieses gerne wieder mieten.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas. Todo estaba fenomenal, tanto la casa como la distancia a la playa. Todo tal cual venía anunciado. Repetiremos sin duda.

Una casa muy bonita y en zona tranquila pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Cristales sucios y en la terraza jardín y piscina lleno de ... de paloma. La piscina no pudimos aprovecharla por ... de paloma flotando en el agua. Los colchones de las camas muy incómodos. La conexión wifi muy mala. Y en el anuncio se indica que hay jacuzzi pero no hay o no tuvimos acceso ya que la planta superior estaba cerrada. La casa debería tener mejor mantenimiento.

Regarding the jacuzzi, we inform our guests in the description of the object that the jacuzzi can be booked extra, the access is not automatically available. Pas au niveau de 4 étoiles

L'aménagement extérieur est agréable. Par contre, l'aménagement intérieur très moyen (mobilier désuet, sauf le canapé, cuisine vieillotte, douche étroite...) Et sur 120m2 annoncés, 50% sont en terrasse avec un équipement rudimentaire de peu d'intérêt. Au total, le niveau et le descriptif sont surfaits. A signaler, en outre, la difficulté d'utilisation des clefs et l'impossibilité de rentrer la voiture à cause du dénivelé trop important du trottoir.
