Our modern, spacious and new apartment has a separate entrance and offers 50 square meters of space for 2 people. The fully equipped new fitted kitchen with dishwasher is integrated in the large, bright and tastefully furnished living and dining area. The daylight bathroom has a shower, toilet, hair dryer and handmade real wood furniture. The structurally separated sleeping area with double bed (90x200 each) lets you come to rest after an eventful day. To the separate terrace with seating, parasol and private barbecue adjoins a large lawn, which invites you to relax or sunbathe. Here you can relax wonderfully from an active day or a hike in our beautiful nature. We are located directly on the Pfälzer Höhenweg and the Alsenzradweg and offer ideal conditions for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Visit one of our four attractive city museums, whose visit will not only leave a lasting impression on art and culture lovers. A fun experience for young and old is the nature adventure pool, which can be reached in five minutes on foot, which provides a refreshing refreshment on summer days. The quiet location and yet central location of the apartment guarantees within walking distance in five minutes numerous starting points such as: shops, restaurants, center with historic marketplace, museums, (train), banks, doctors and pharmacies. The apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, radio, storage / drying room with washing machine. Parking is available. As a non-allergic non smoking apartment on the ground floor pets are not allowed. We are happy to offer you a shopping service on request. We attach great importance to regionality. The pictures and photos on the walls give a first glimpse of the lovely town Rockenhausen with its cultural and historical sights. Regional products such as wines, beers or canned sausages we keep ready for you as a culinary delight. A welcome awaits you upon arrival.
