This 1900’s row home is equipped with all you need for a stay in Lancaster city. This beautifully renovated home features a recently updated kitchen with quartz countertops and backsplash tile from Spain. On the first floor you will also find hickory flooring throughout and a large dining table. A half bath with laundry is also conveniently located on the first floor. The living room contains a flat screen tv for guest viewing pleasure.

The second floor features hardwoods throughout and has two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and tv and another with a full bed. A full bathroom with a double sink is also located on the second floor.

Lastly, The third floor hosts a king sized bed, a tv and plush carpeting that was recently installed. This room also has a tv. All beds are memory foam mattresses to make for a great nights sleep. Both king size bedrooms have incredibly large windows that let in amazing light throughout the day.

There is also a small partially fenced yard.

This is a residential neighborhood and there is free street parking available.

Please note that the home is not handicap accessible and may also prove difficult for individuals who have trouble ambulating. All bedrooms are located on the second and third floors of the home and even though street parking is plentiful in the neighborhood, if it is not possible to park directly outside the home, then parking can be a 1-2 minute walk from the home.
