Welcome to Cityside on North Prince! A newly renovated home in downtown Lancaster City just 0.8 miles from the Lancaster County Convention Center.

Built in the early 1900s this house has tons of victorian charm and original details characteristic of that time.

Cityside consists of three King bedrooms exquisitely decorated, and complete with their own bathrooms.

We had such a lovely stay at this cozy little place. The decor was absolutely perfect—beautiful Christmas trees and a thoughtfully decorated mantel made it feel so warm and festive. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a great coffee spot just across the street was a huge bonus. Everything about the space felt inviting and well cared for. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful getaway. wood stairway and gorgeous brick walls. Living room space was cozy, comfortable. Dining area--spacious as decor gave warmth to room. Kitchen has all needs. Each bedroom is unique, clean, soft beds and comfortable. I'd recommend this location. Close also to Franklin & Marshall, downtown Lancaster, coffee shop and Barnstormers stadium.

Lancaster visit

Property was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to cook any meal. Very close and easy walking distance to the market and local eateries. Would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a great spot! Super clean and well maintained. My family kept saying “i would live here” meaning we wanted to stay! They were super helpful getting us in early and communicative! Would def recommend!

Lancaster Getaway

Cityside on North Prince did not disappoint. It is as beautiful and nicely redone as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to Lancaster Brewing Company for dinner and the Central Market on Saturday morning.

Stylish townhouse in the heart of Lancaster

Xavier was an amazing host. The property is stunning. Modern updates, a clawfoot tub, huge shower, lovely backyard with grill table, and chairs in a small area where the boys could play.Overall, wonderful experience in a wonderful host. Xavier, thank you so much!

Great Property in a Fun Location

This classic Lancaster townhouse has been refurbished to a very high standard--pretty, nicely appointed, and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the location, which is walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and Lancaster Central Market. Xavier was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

The property is newly renovated, well furnished, very clean and nicely decorated. The 3 king beds were comfortable. The living room had a large, comfy couch. The large dining table could easily sit 6 people. The kitchen was good sized, modern, and contained plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware. The AC worked well. The WiFi worked well but it was difficult for us to find the WiFi information upon arrival. The parking situation was a bit frustrating since special permits were required to park on the street. Overall the apartment is excellent value and we recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Lancaster.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms are up 2 or 3 levels of stairs. That wasnt stated or shown in pictures. All the rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Except one room, the sheets did not appeared to be changed, there were hairs on the sheets when the bed was turned down.

This is a lovely home in a very centrally located area of town. The place is spacious and well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable! My only suggestion to improve the experience would be to clarify Check in instructions on the app and to more quickly respond to your guests when they message (over 24 hours to respond to my questions on coffee makers and check in). I was told I'd receive the code 24 hours prior to our visit, but it was more like 6 or 7 hours prior, after I messaged again. Due to past experiences with other rentals, that made me a little antsy. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you!

One of the best! We came in just before Thanksgiving and walked in to find a Christmastree and stockings by the fireplace, how thoughtful! Easy walking to town, and F&M college. Enjoyed the amazing bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable linens and beds.

The house is beautiful! Love the bedding and ceiling light fixtures! Xavier went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. Even made sure there was a mahjong set available for us!! I really liked that there was a couch big enough for all 4 of us to sit on to enjoy the gas fireplace. It was also nice to have a separate dining area.Two bedroom were quite spacious with nice sized bathrooms. The bathroom on the 3rd floor, has a big soaker tub, but no shower. There are 2 showers on the second floor however. The 3rd bedroom is still a nice size as it fits a king size bed. The stairs are quite narrow, but it shows the character of the home. Since this house is on a bustling street (a lively and robust downtown) you will have street noise. But in the front bedrooms there are sound machines and earplugs to use.Parking was never an issue for us, we could find a spot each time. And Xavier covered the parking fee.We loved our time here!! Highly recommend!!
