Welcome to this fully renovated home, located in the heart of Lancaster City! With 3 bedrooms, a full (& stocked) kitchen, & plenty of space for relaxing, this is an ideal home for a romantic getaway or a longer stay for your family and friends. We are also nurse and traveler friendly! It's incredibly walkable (5-10 mins) to all things Lanc, including Central Market, Franklin & Marshall College, & many amazing restaurants. Really experience the joy of Lancaster city living here!

The Space:
Please note that the hardwood floors are 100+ year old refinished, original hardwoods. Floors may not be 100% smooth, so slippers/socks may be a comfy option.

The location is excellent!! There was always street parking available as we came and went throughout our visit, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the back patio access to the park behind the townhouse. It made taking our dogs out for potty breaks easy and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure for showers was good, and the interior is as shown on VRBO. We were able to walk easily to the theater, the market, and local restaurants. We would stay here again on our next visit to Lancaster.

We have now stayed at a few VRBOs in Lancaster but this gem was by far, my favourite! Amazing location, clean, warm, and very well maintained!

We have stayed at several locations in Lancaster over the past few years and this was probably our favorite. Great house and great location. Small glitch with the heat when we arrived but hosts were incredibly responsive. Would definitely book again.

Very nice and clean home! I walking distance to plenty of restaurants, farmers market, breweries, etc. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked. Would stay again!

Spotless, tasteful and perfect location

Really enjoyed our stay in this house. Was perfect for our family to visit with our dog. Really convenient location equidistant between F&M and downtown. We will be back for sure.

This property was perfect for us and our dog during the time we attended the Lancaster Archery Classic. We loved the master bath amenities. We found the parking to be easy, and we really enjoyed walking down the street to have drinks and a nice dinner at a nearby boutique hotel.

Nice townhome close to Dutch Wonderland

Townhome was clean and close to restaurants and shops in downtown Lancaster. House was tastefully renovated. Good supply of linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. Home was about 10-15 minutes from Dutch Wonderland which was the reason for our visit.

Perfect Lancaster Location

We spent a week at Mulberry Manor. We loved the location which was in a neighborhood with easy street parking, easy walk to restaurants and a lovely park to take our dog for a walk. We loved the well equipped kitchen and open layout. We’ve booked another stay in the Spring and hope to take advantage of the outdoor space.

Great gathering place!

We came to Lancaster to meet up with a granddaughter my 81 year old mother had never met. It was such a great place to spread out and visit and lots of great places to eat and see in the area. The fact that they allowed us to have our puppers there too made us extremely happy.
