I can't say enough good things! Great communication with the host. Clean, crisp, bright condo with everything you need. Even though I was solo, I appreciated all the amenities for nights in, as well as location to lots of things to do and places to venture to. Never felt safer. Many thanks tothe host and hope to return later this year.

My family stayed at this condo for a week. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to everything but just far enough away from the busy part of the island. The free beach service was very appreciated and host was easy to contact and very kind. We would stay here again if we are in the area! :)

Had a great stay! Unit was clean and decorated nicely. Beach area was right there and the chair service was an added bonus. Josh was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Really really enjoyed the stay the place is perfectly located for easy access to beach and has a good view of the water from balcony! Owner is super communicative so makes checking in a breeze or anything needed throughout the stay very easy! Would recommend 10/10 definitely will be booking again with them in the future!

Our stay was wonderful! The beach service was a major plus and the condo was beautiful and well kept! The view was amazing and everything was as listed! Thank you so much for the quick communication and just easy process! Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Yall I traveled to Florida by myself for a little relaxing getaway and this condo was absolutely perfect! I felt very safe on the property, in my condo and on the beach. The beach access is a lot easier and closer than I thought it would be so that was very nice. The property was quiet and everyone was kind. The owners were very polite and responsive and stocked the condo with everything I felt I needed.

Great summer trip for 2019

The property was fantastic. Our condo was a little dirty in the bathroom and the floors needed mopped.....but otherwise it was perfect for our family.

Fantastic Week, Fantastic unit

This was our third year staying here and it keeps getting better! Dale is great to work with and is very responsive. The unit is fantastic! It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks Ben

This property is perfect for the quick getaways to relax your mind and refresh your soul.

Our experience was great. The only down fall was finding the actual room and the fact that the closest elevator was out. That has nothing to do with the condo owners that is poor property management.

are you kidding me

I was called the night prioe and informed the place was double booked. Property owner stated he would take care of it. He didnt. We did not stay here. We were left to fend for ourselves, while enroute to the property. I believe this is a scam.

Condo was great and over all stay was great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. I was a little worried about the end condo and view . But view of ocean was great. End condo was nice and quite. Would love to stay there again. Dale was great and very nice with payment since we didn't know if short term ban would be lifted . Couldn't ask for better weather to.

Great location

Property was as listed. Kitchen was well stocked. I know this is not a reflection of the property, across the highway there were dogs that barked continuously, it sounded like a puppy mill. When I was taking a walk they were jumping at the fence as I was walking by.

In the 5 years we have been renting the condo this is the 1st time an issue like this has come up! I will definitely check into it as the area on the other side of Santa Rosa Blvd. is strictly residential and zoning would not allow such things.

Fantastic Week, Fantastic unit

Everything about the unit is great. It was very very clean (and sanitized) and had everything you could ask for. It even has extra beach chairs (in addition to the beach service). Dale is great to work with. Great communication during the short term rental shutdown and was willing to work with us if needed. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Ben

Apparently this owner doesn’t allow check-in or checkout on Sunday but VRBO App allowed me to schedule our out date for Sunday AND someone else to be coming in on Sunday as well. Something went wrong in the notification portion of the app also because the owner had no idea that we booked to leave on Sunday nor did he get any messages I sent. I finally contacted customer service because we were flying in & I had not received anything. They provided his contact info. I was able to text him & he assured me that I’d get an email at 5 pm. I didn’t. Then I reached out again & he said “I will text it to you”. He didn’t. So we were on the ground, 5 states away from home & still had no check-in information. I was a nervous wreck! I reached out yet again and he finally sent the info and told me that his housekeepers don’t work on Sunday & another guest was coming in behind me. So before I left I did “light housekeeping duty” to ensure they were able to manage until housekeeping comes on Monday. Not our best rental experience with VRBO. Not the most attentive or responsive host we’ve ever had either.

Property

Property was beautifully decorated with enough space, it accommodated my kids in the bunk bed. Sofa (bed) and we did get privacy as well with the room and option to make full bathroom private or just half giving them kids chance to shower as well. Kitchen is well equipped. Please provide more trash bags we had to use the ones given in grocery stores and it took several trips keep in mound we were there all week.

Excellent condo and great owner

I contacted Josh about the address of the condo, not only did he email about the future welcome email, he called me. He was great to deal with and very welcoming. The condo was great. Both the grounds and condo were very clean. The kitchen is loaded with stuff. The balcony was awesome with views of the gulf and the bay! I parked on the 2nd level, which we me gave me another level of security and away from people walking on the street. But the neighborhood was very nice and clean. I highly recommend staying at this owners condo. And the beach is beautiful, plus you get beach service.

Fall break

The condo was awesome, great communication between the owners and myself. I think VRBO should notify renters of the remodeling taking place, very noisy and debris the air. Also, the upper parking area was unusable due to the remodeling process, making parking almost impossible, this is unacceptable in my opinion. I would have booked a different location if I had known all this work was taking place. VRBO, you can do better!!!

Lovely Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed; sheets, pillows, extra blankets, towels, and mini toiletries, laundry, and kitchen supplies. If I was nit-picky, and you plan on doing much cooking, I would recommend bringing a few good skillets. Though some are provided, they aren't great. Otherwise, EVERYTHING you could need is stocked in the kitchen. I had a little trouble (on my part) getting into the property on arrival, but the owner was quick to answer my call and get me in. It took less then two minutes. After a long trip, I was very appreciative that he was so available. I would certainly stay again and recommend this property to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

The place isn't bad but it neesds some major TLC and new stuff.Two of the three chairs on the patio were unusable. We were afraid to sit on the third chair in case it would break.Both hair dryers were broken.The mattress had blood stains.The towels were very old, thin and scratchy.The handle to the sliding glass doors was broken.
