The JLM Rental Team We are Jeff and Leslie (the 2 in the center) retired professionals who love to travel and enjoy live. We have four homes (located in Galveston, TX, Northern Michigan - Petoskey, Southern CA - Ventura and a condo in NYC on the upper west side) all of our homes are set up as vacation rentals. We bounce between our homes based on seasons and rental schedules. During the summer Jeff works as a waterfront director at over-night youth summer camps, we spent 2 summers in Upstate NY, 3 in Maine (yes, you can get tired of lobster), and the current camp is in the Pocono's. During spring and fall we typically plan a 6 - 8 weeks international trip, which usually includes 30 days of cruising. Because we are always on the go with no permanent roots, we rely on our family members to help out with the rentals. Sasha, our Daughter (right) lives in the Houston area and is the mother to 2 of our 4 adorable granddaughters. She is the first point of contact for the rentals during our international trips, backup throughout the year and is also the designer of the JLMRentals website.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
