This newly built custom home is perfect for your family getaway just miles from Pikes Peak. Summit Lodge is on 2 acres of undisturbed land with mountain views and plenty of space for kids to run around and have fun. Bring your friends and fill all 8 beds here at Summit Lodge. Woodland park is full of adventure from hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, and more! Our favorite part of the home, the open living room and kitchen that look out into the mountain range are perfect for your family retreat and relaxation.

The House sleeps 12 adults, but we allow bookings up to 16 if you are wanting to double up kids on the full beds and couches. The home is equipped with a pack-n-play and a booster seat in the kitchen for any smaller children as well.

Best floorplan ever

We have stayed in a lot of homes, but this one has been the best so far. Floorplan was excellent, easy access to all the modern stores with the feel of being secluded at the same time. Manager of the home was super quick to respond anytime we had a question, and made the trip even better. 10/10 for sure!!!

Great family vacation at a beautiful home

Everything was perfect!!! Beautiful view, lovely hostess. Home was beautiful and located in a convenient location with an absolutely gorgeous view of Pikes Peak. Highly recommend as everything was as stated in the property description.

Great place &wonderful location

This is the second time we have stayed and enjoyed it both times. Has a nice patio and back yard for children and adults alike. Amanda is very easy to work with and great help if you need anything.

Great Time in Woodland Park - 2024

Beautiful & Scenic

This place exceeded my expectations. We took a large group of our family and it was perfect! It snowed several times while we were there and it was like we were in a movie. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy, this is the perfect place.

Perfect place for our family vaca

Beautiful house with a great view! This was the perfect house for family vaca! We had 8 adults and 8 children (6months-7). We definitely plan on coming back!

Perfect place

The house was lovely and the location was perfect. It was a group of us staying to hike Pikes Peak and it was the perfect place to stay. We all loved it. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful Home

Amazing clean home good beds. Amanda is very nice and fast to act on calls. The home was not so close to downtown but is in a neighborhood definitely not secluded like the photo shows. If you want to watch TV be sure to bring your passwords for the smart TV's.

Reunion to Remember

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for a better place to gather and be together for a few days! The spaciousness and comfort of the house was perfect. Family Vacation

Our family of 14 from 3 states met in Colorado for a family vacation. This house was perfect. It was large enough to accommodate all of us. It is beautiful. It has a great master suite, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen with 2 refrigerators, and large dining table. It has a big back yard for the kids to play in and the hottub was great. There were even games for the kids and a booster seat. Our favorite spot was the covered patio with the fire pit and beautiful view of the mountains. We loved sitting on the patio every moring and watching the deer and every evening around the fire pit It was conveniently located near Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds. Seven Falls, and other area attractions. The host was wonderful to work with and quickly responded. We would highly recommend this beautiful and very clean house. We hope to come again.

Family Reunion

Beautiful house! The beds were super comfortable! Enjoyed the hot tub and the patio area. We used the grill for dinner and we roasted marshmallows for s’mores in the fire pit! Played games at the long dining room table! The house is perfect for a large group! Lots of outdoor space for kids to play! We loved staying there!

Family Reunion

Our family of three generations enjoyed our stay here and the property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and organized. The large open living room/kitchen served all 13 of us well; and the location was great for us to take short drives to the areas many venues. The Hot Tub at the end of the day sure helped ease away the day’s woes. The second refrigerator found in the laundry room was a good addition and we even found a full-size freezer in the garage to keep our bags of ice frozen. Be sure to raise the blinds in the dining room to get a full view of Pike’s Peak. The large back yard gave us plenty of room to play catch and the three-car garage is huge. Overall, very well priced for all of the amenities and it did not disappoint.

Fabulous family vacation

Our 3 generation family of 14 had a fabulous vacation at an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of room, excellent views of Pikes Peak and surrounding mountains, well equipped with all amenities, patio, hot tub, etc. comfortable for our 4-72 age group. Close to all that is available in the region such as Seven Falls, Broadmoor, Pikes Peak, Garden of Gods, and Flying W Ranch. We had the perfect vacation and we all enjoyed it very much. It was nice to come back”home”at the end of every day for a cocktail and whole family dinner, thank you Amanda.

4 Generation Vacay

We had a fabulous time and absolutely loved the house! It was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The kids loved playing in the yard while the adults relaxed on the back porch enjoying the fire pit and beautiful view. We were very pleased with both the house and the host.

Graduation Celebration

We arrived in May for our two daughters' graduation from Charis Bible College during a freak heavy snowstorm! We were bringing 13 people in a caravan from Texas, driving the thirteen hours in one day. The 24 pass had been closed earlier in the day and our girls were keeping us posted. We finally made it in, but the driveway was completely buried with no way to tell where it started or ended. After contacting Amanda, she promptly expedited the already scheduled snow plow service to clear it for us. She came up the mountain herself to help shovel the driveway for our impending party's arrival! She absolutely went above and beyond, and we insisted she return home as our boys were perfectly capable of clearing a path. The service did arrive, and we were so very grateful for the beautiful and lavish accommodations with an inviting fire, hot stove, and comfortable beds. The weather cleared for a beautiful weekend celebrating our daughters' accomplishment with grandparents, nephews, and 10 siblings who have made me promise we'll return to this very house. This house is party central!!

We love the open concept of the whole home and large kitchen island to gather around. Out the kitchen and living room you can see Pikes Peak shining in all its glory. Take a seat on the back porch or hot tub while grilling out with a view as well!
