The perfect orientation of the villa towards the south as well as a room layout that offers the same double view to the 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite will delight you as a guest. Open the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and feel the light breeze of the sea. The living-dining level comprises a stylish kitchen in white with an espresso machine, gastro coffee machine for 8 people, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ...

All furniture is a design classic in the colors white, gray, black and as an accent beech wood for sliding doors and design details. Step onto the more than 65 square meter terrace and look into a unique bathing bay, the Cala Magrana, and in the 35 square meter infinity pool. (ETV / 10333)

A public staircase leads down through a gate from the terrace to the bay. Immerse yourself in turquoise water full of fish. You should of course be a good swimmer. With children, a visit to Cala Anguila just 500 meters away is a better choice; crystal-clear water and a well-kept sandy beach simply delight everyone.

Our stay was lovely and the location on the beach was perfect! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the AC in the downstairs was broken and could have been stronger upstairs in the bedrooms. Other than that it our stay was amazing!

Dear Maureen, thank you very much for your visit to our beach villa. Unfortunately, there were indeed problems with our air conditioning in the living area. We have now been able to resolve this. Since our house is a private residence, the cooling is not comparable to that of a hotel room. Our air conditioning cools the bedrooms down to 22 degrees in the high summer (with the curtains closed). We would be happy to include this information in our house description at your suggestion. Fantastic Family Getaway

Everything about our stay at Design-Villa-Mallorca was superb. We had a lovely stay with two of our adult children and their partners. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom so each couple had their own private spaces. The outdoor, living and kitchen spaces are all well set up for everyone to gather. The best thing - the sound of the waves as you fall asleep and each morning when you wake. A truly relaxing holiday!

The home is amazing and provided a wonderful place to come back to providing spectacular views. The property lived up to the pictures and the view of the medditeranian is breathtaking. The island itself is incredible, we found ourselves exploring the many quaint and bustling towns enjoying many restuarants and shoppes that it has to offer from Porto Cristo, Calla Millor, Palma, Magaluf, Port de Pollenca, Cal d'Or, Formentor, Alcudia, Port de Acludia, and Port d'Andraxt. We were able to attend the RCD Mallorca football game and even played a round of golf in the mountains with beautiful scenery.The home is in a quiet neighborhood and everything you want to go is 10min to an hour away at the furthest points. This property is a real treasure!

Perfect location

The house is beautiful and modern. The area is close to everything, beaches, sightseeing, etc. The patio and pool overlook a rocky beach. Cala Anguila, a sandy beach, was a short walk away. The beds could be more comfortable. And it would be nice if there were instructions and TV in English (everything is in German).

Great stay in Porto Cristo

We had a really good time. The house itself was perfect, the 4 in suite rooms were great to have. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor settings. And being in a small intimate calla was quite special. We went snorkeling on a day when the water was more quiet, wow!!! There are may a few little details that could have made our stay perfect… One thing to improve would be to add a Nespresso coffee machine maybe..we had a hard time finding good espresso coffee in the area. Also we would have appreciated extra linens. We had extra pillows but no pillows cases to cover them. And the air conditioning didn’t work great in our bedroom on the top floor. On days when it was hot, we would have appreciated a bit of cooler air. But overall a great stay!!!

Zu Ihrem Wunsch nach einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine: Die Abfallentsorgung stellt Mallorca vor große Herausforderungen. Aus diesem Grund arbeitet die Inselregierung seit 2018 an einem Verbot von Nespresso-Kapseln. Wir nutzen bei uns im Haus daher die umweltfreundlich kompostierbaren Pads von Senseo, die in jedem gut sortierten Supermarkt erhältlich sind. Zum Thema Bettwäsche: Ein Wäschewechsel findet alle 7 Tage statt. Auch hier orientieren wir uns an den Umweltschutzrichtlinien, denn ein schonender Umgang mit Wasser und Energie ist für Mallorca überlebenswichtig. Zum Hinweis Klimaanlage: Wir prüfen das umgehend. Die Besucher nach Ihnen haben keine Mängel angezeigt. Wir empfehlen grundsätzlich eine Kühlung auf maximal 23,5 Grad. Sofern die Vorhänge tagsüber geschlossen bleiben, wird diese Temperatur problemlos erreicht. Die großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Fensterflächen garantieren einen spektakulären Ausblich, sammeln aber natürlich die Sonneneinstrahlung. In unseren Hinweisen, die allen Gästen vor Anreise erhalten, beschreiben wir das im Detail und appellieren, die Räume nicht zu sehr zu kühlen. Der notwendige Strom wird zwar in Teilen nachhaltig von unserer eigene Photovoltaikanlage produziert, ein Großteil muss jedoch über ein Seekabel vom spanischen Festland nach Mallorca transportiert werden. Wir würden uns freuen Sie wieder als Gäste in unserer Villa begrüßen zu dürfen und senden viele Grüße nach Kanada.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern und deren Freunddn zu acht eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Alles war wie beschrieben und insbesondere die Küche war gut ausgestattet.Die Aussicht auf das Meer war aus jedem Raum phänomenal und uns hat die Einrichtung des Hauses sowie des Außenbereichs sehr gut gefallen.Der Kontakt zu Vermieter sowie Hausverwaltung vor Ort war sehr angenehm und immer freundlich. Ein Ansprechpartner war immer verfügbar. Weil unser Flug verschoben wurde und nicht direkt im Anschluss neue Gäste erwartet wurden, durften wir sogar ein paar Stunden länger bleiben.

Malerischer Blick

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus auf Mallorca war sehr erholsam! Die atemberaubende Lage direkt am Meer bietet einen malerischen Blick, der jeden Morgen zu einem magischen Erlebnis machte. Das Haus selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick war unser Lieblingsort. Die Sauberkeit und Pflege des Anwesens verdienen Lob und der herzliche Empfang durch das Gastgeber-Team hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Sehr geehrte Eheleute Wenzel, wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie uns eine unvergessliche Zeit in einem Traumhaus ermöglicht haben. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Das Haus sauber, gepflegt, modern, harmonisch zusammengestellte Wohnaccessoires, alles vorhanden. Der Service ebenso 5*. Die Kommunikation 5*+. Wir werden wiederkommen. Lage super. Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Der Klang der Wellen ein Genuss. Die Sicht, bei jeder Mahlzeit Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Nochmals Danke!!! Mehr geht nicht

Wir hatten als Familie einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Ausstattung ist absolut durchdacht, neuwertig und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, was ich erwähnen müsste. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist sehr freundlich und die Organisation vor Ort durch Markus ist ebenfalls freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Zwischenreinigung wurde sehr gründlich und diskret von einem deutschen Ehepaar ausgeführt. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom großen Pool und waren nur schwer herauszubekommen. Das Highlight ist die Lage und die Aussicht, die man aus allen Zimmern durch die bodentiefen Fenster genießen durfte. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, aber genau das haben wir gesucht und in vollen Zügen genossen. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung mit 5 Sternen.

Hervorragendes Haus mit traumhafem Blick aufs Meer

Vielen Dank für einen sensationellen Urlaub. Das Haus und die vorab Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt! Die Ausstattung ist top und der Blick aufs Meer nahzu unbezahlbar. Auch die Hausübergabe vor Ort hat bestens geklappt und der Support war jederzeit gegeben. Einziges kleines Manko war die etwas instabile Internetverbindung, aber das liegt wohl eher am Internetprovider. Ich denke, wir kommen, wenn wir dürfen, gerne wieder!
