Located directly on the sandy natural beach of the Baltic Sea, close to the Danish islands, the "Baltic Sea Quarter" is a holiday home at its finest.

The "Copenhagen" holiday apartment, which was completed in July 2015, is only 80 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea coast in Kronsgaard / fishing and captivates with its wonderful view of the Baltic Sea coast and its Danish puristic furnishings.

DOGS are WELCOME to this vacation rental.

In spring, the first rays of sunshine lure you onto the spacious balcony and in summer the bathing beach is right outside your door. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the view of the sea at the fireplace crackling.

The 5-star apartment was planned down to the smallest detail and equipped by a specialist interior designer.

The apartment is designed for two people. The floor is designed with high-quality DESIGN PLANKEN in a wood look and is heated by an UNDERFLOOR HEATING. All windows are fitted with privacy pleated blinds and in the bedrooms with blackout pleated blinds.

The apartment "Copenhagen" is an excellent addition to the other apartments.

LIVING AREA

The living room impresses with its modern and puristic furnishings and the fantastic VIEW OF THE BALTIC SEA. The light oak furniture is complemented by ARNE JACOBSEN CHAIRS and a WHITE LINEN SOFA. The interplay of the brightly designed walls, white / gray accessories and well-positioned light sources creates an atmosphere. The KAMINofen creates cozy cosiness even on cold days. From the BALCONY you can have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea or take the stairs to your small GARDEN with a terrace.

The technical equipment includes a flat screen TV (24 inch), DVD / Blu-ray player, stereo system (Sonoro) with radio, CD player, USB port, aux-in and Bluetooth. Of course you have WiFi in the apartment.

A small selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs is also available.

KITCHEN

The white fitted kitchen is equipped with high-quality branded items.

In addition to the technical devices such as stove and integrated oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and mixer, it convinces z. B. by dishes from Maxwell Williams, cutlery and pots from WMF, knives from Fiskars and bowls from Rosti Mepal.

Special attention has also been given to the many small kitchen gadgets, so that nothing stands in the way of your cooking pleasure even on vacation.

BEDROOM (EG)

The bedroom on the ground floor is also in white / gray tones. The comfortable BOX SPRING BED (180x200cm) and DOWN BLANKETS IN OVERSIZE (155x220cm) guarantee a restful sleep and DARKING PLISSES let the sun outside if desired.

You will find space for the holiday wardrobe both in the closet in the bedroom and in the wardrobe in the adjacent hallway. A built-in safe is available for your personal valuables.

A special highlight is that you also have access to the GARDEN and the small terrace from this bedroom. A flat screen TV is also installed here.

We have a small selection of other pillows (side sleepers, 80x40cm pillows, neck pillows and rolls), which we are happy to provide.

The BEDS are of course already MOVED when you arrive.

GUEST WC (ground floor)

A guest toilet with a vanity and vanity unit, a large mirror, a cosmetic mirror and a toilet is directly adjacent to the bedroom.

BATHROOM (upper floor)

The bright and friendly bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet offers you a great sea view and morning sun. A towel radiator also creates the possibility to warm up or dry the towels. Sufficient storage space was also considered, as well as a large mirror, a cosmetic mirror, a powerful hairdryer and an initial supply of cosmetic items.

A WASHING MACHINE and DRYER combo device is also in this bathroom. Of course there is also a clothes horse in the apartment.

Of course, we also provide fluffy TOWELS and SHOWER TOWELS for FREE.

BALCONY

The east-facing, spacious balcony (12 m²) invites you to breakfast at sunrise as well as to end the day with a glass of wine. All this with a fantastic SEA VIEW. It is equipped with a large teak table, two comfortable teak chairs including seat covers and a parasol.

GARDEN

The separated and fenced GARDEN area completes the apartment. The garden can be reached via the stairs from the upper floor as well as directly from the bedroom on the ground floor.

The terrace (12 m²) with its adjustable teak armchairs and large table (160x90cm) offers a nice atmosphere and invites you to relax and dine. Here you have time for a good book, here you can simply relax and enjoy the peace.

A GAS GRILL from WEBER is available for your personal grilling pleasure.

outdoor facilities

Three lovingly designed sun islands, each of which will have a beach chair for you from September, are also on the property of the Baltic Sea Quarter. Enjoy the peace, a delicious drink and a relaxing sunbath - what more do you need?

A parking space is available for your car right next to the house. You can store your bicycles, other fleets, surfboards, fishing equipment etc. in a lockable tool shed.

LOCATION AND SHOPPING POSSIBILITIES

The "Baltic Sea Quarter" is located in the recognized resort of Kronsgaard, only 80 meters from the white, fine sandy beach. The beautifully situated village lies in the middle of a wonderful landscape between FLENSBURGER FÖRDE and Ostseefjord SCHLEI. The Baltic Sea on the doorstep and the wonderful Schleiregion offer the perfect conditions for relaxed, but also eventful vacation days.

Located on the Ostangel coast, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea invites you to swim and relax. You can rent beach chairs on the entire beach. A dog bathing beach is only 700 meters away. Tourist tax is not charged in Kronsgaard.

SHOPPING POSSIBILITIES arise on site (500m away) in season at the small grocery store "De lüdde Koopmann" and another small supermarket in the direction of Maasholm.

For the small hunger in between the STRANDBISTRO "Up’n Drecht" provides you with delicious snacks, ice cream, coffee & cake as well as cold drinks.

You can get fresh FISH and FISH BREAD in the Fischerklause (4 km) or directly at the harbor in Kappeln.

Numerous HOFCAFES and SHOPS are typical for fishing and you will also find many of them near Kronsgaard. The farm shop Mangelsen in string mill offers z. B. an extensive selection of fruits, vegetables and breads. Janbecks in Gelting and the Café Lichthof in Falshöft are just a few who will make you happy with their homemade cakes.

Thursdays is WEEKLY MARKET in Kappeln and about 15 retailers offer regional and international goods in this small, fine market.

LARGER SUPERMARKETS and DRUGS (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann), restaurants, cafes, banks, pharmacies can be found in Kappeln (10 km) and Gelting (7 km).

SURROUNDINGS AND DESTINATIONS

Walkers are advised to take a simple, very relaxed beach hike that will take you along the beautiful beach for miles. While the imposing cliffs are waiting in the direction of GELTINGER BIRK and past the holiday village of Golsmaas, the longer way, past the LIGHTHOUSE FALSHÖFT, offers a great view to the Kalkgrund lighthouse, which stands between the Geltinger Bay and the Flensburg Fjord. This region is also called the Danish South Pacific. Why? The best way to find out for yourself.

Visit the hinterland, because the landscape away from the beach and the sea also has its charms. Two nearby nature reserves (Geltinger Birk & Vogelschutzgebiet Oehe-Schleimünde) invite you to go hiking and cycling. Of course, WATER SPORTS fans will also get their money's worth: there are sailing, surfing and fishing sports in many places.

KAPPELN (10 km) is undoubtedly a city that you should have seen. The quaint place on the Schlei became known through the ZDF series "The Country Doctor". In addition to a picturesque museum harbor, Kappeln also offers a pedestrian zone for shopping, a historic sawmill at the Dutch windmill "Amanda" and the opportunity to take a boat trip on the Schlei. A large number of restaurateurs also show their skills in the port area.

You should also visit the small, dreamy fishing village MAASHOLM (approx. 9 km). A real insider tip for all those who long for rest and relaxation. Here the fishing life is still in its original form. Eat fish sandwiches and be there when the fishermen unload your cutter - this is fun for young and old. Maasholm also offers a lot for water sports enthusiasts or deep sea anglers. A trip on the excursion steamer is also a great experience. You can take the ship to Schleimünde and visit the lighthouse there.

The GELTINGER BIRK nature reserve is about 12 kilometers from Kronsgaard. In the natural Birk you will find interesting fauna and flora. Wild horses (Koniks) and Longhorns were settled here and live in the wild. On the Geltinger Birk there are regular guided tours such as wild horse tours, ornithological tours and more. V.
