Absolutely immaculate with new amenities and great water and heating. So comfortable and the location is amazing I can’t say enough about the owner and her communication. We will absolutely stay here again. A lovely bungalow indeed. Wonderful stay!!!

We had a wonderful time in the Arvada bungalow. It was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated and updated by the owner. I loved the Nespresso coffee maker and coffee pods. Robyn was very responsive to messages and gave us ideas for things to do and places to eat. We enjoyed the cozy porch on our last night. Thank you for hosting and sharing your beautiful property.

Nice to be able to walk to historic Arvada. House was very clean, and parking on site was a huge plus. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Communication with host was excellent.

Wow! We’ve been staying in rental properties for years, but this property was the cleanest and most organized rental of them all. The host did an excellent job of communicating with us before and during the trip. The house was perfect in so many ways, and the provided amenities helped make our stay more comfortable. We were minutes away from the Red Rock Amphitheater, where we attended a concert, and we were within walking distance to Olde Arvada, where there was plenty to eat and drink. We cannot recommend this place enough! And we cannot wait to return next year.

This property was so nice and clean and also within walking distance to Arvada. We enjoyed the shops, bars, and dining options Arvada had to offer. We would highly recommend staying here. The host, Robyn, was wonderful! She provided us several recommendations as to where to go and what to see during our stay. On a scale from 1 to 10, we definitely rate our experience as a 10!
