You can walk along hiking trails and rent kayaks just steps from the building. The area is in close proximity to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Just one street over from the nightlife of trendy Rainey Street. Minutes to 6th St, South Congress. Rooftop pool with amazing skyline view, peloton bikes, gym. We offer robes, Nespresso, and a Desk space.
This condo in the heart of Austin features a large living room, a comfy king sized bed, a large, flat-screen TV with cable and all the basic amenities for a cozy stay including a bar and a full-sized kitchen. The balcony boasts stunning views of Lady Bird Lake and a spacious outdoor seating for two. You can also take advantage of the pool and gym access including personal spinning rooms.
This condo is perfect for solo travelers or couples visiting the area to take on many activities including hiking at Barton Creek greenbelt and kayaking at Lady Bird Lake.
We are minutes to the Convention Center, South Congress, 6th St, Bat Bridge and just about everything else there is to see and do in Austin.

THINGS TO NOTE The building is a valet only building. Guests must pay $40/night for valet parking or pay for street parking.

RENTAL RULES We love that we can share our home with you but please treat the home, belongings, and property with care. We reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violating these house rules, misuse of the space as a short-term lodging accommodation, or conduct that disturbs the general peace and comfort of other guests, managers, property caretakers, and homeowners.
1. Pool: Guest understands that a pool is available on the property for their use. Guest assumes any and all liability from use of said pool. No glass of any kind is permitted in or near the pool. If broken glass is found in the pool, guests may be responsible for the cost to drain and clean the pool. Please carefully read pool waiver.
2. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times.
3. Well-behaved and well-trained pets may be permitted with prior approval from the host. An additional fee of $50 per pet per night (2 pets max). Pets must be treated with flea & tick preventative and up to date on shots.
4. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property at any given time. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, Guest will be charged $50 per additional guest for each day of the reservation and all guests may be evicted without refund and a $250.00USD service fee.
5. The property is privately owned; the owners or property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property.
7. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund and a $250.00USD service fee.
8. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If any furniture is moved, please move it back to its original position upon checkout.
9. No Smoking. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited for smoking indoors and additional remediation expenses may be imposed.
10. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
11. Practice safety at all times.
12. Parking: Please refer to house manual for parking instructions. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
13. Housekeeping: Please keep the home tidy and follow checkout procedures. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Do not leave wet towels on the furniture.
14. Checkout is at 11AM. Late checkouts may be subject to a $100/hr fee as we often have new guests arriving and schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11AM.
15. If any fines, damage, or liability are incurred because of guest’s use of the premise whether due to HOA violations or otherwise. Guest will be responsible for such payment.
16. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, nor homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. No refunds will be given for any inconveniences, delays or cancellations due to, but not limited to, aforementioned conditions. We encourage Guest to purchase a travel insurance policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please note this home has quiet hours from 10pm-7am as the neighbors have small children.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to enter premises and property for vacation rental or any other purpose, the undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering, and will continuously thereafter, thoroughly inspect such areas and his/her continued presence constitutes an acknowledgment that he/she has inspected house, deck and entire property and he/she finds and accepts such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of his/her use, and he/she further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she and all guests will immediately leave the area and advise appropriate persons. THE UNDERSIGNED hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Darlene Zamorano Brown or Bryan Brown personally and as company or corporate representatives, their members, managers, operators, officials, officers, directors, employees, owners and lessees of the premises, all for the purposes herein referred to as “releasees”, from all liability to the undersigned, guests, representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand thereof on account of INJURY to the person(s) or property or resulting in DEATH of the undersigned or guests, whether caused by negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon the area. THE UNDERSIGNED hereby AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may occur due to their presence in or upon the area and whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, natural risky conditions or otherwise.
THE UNDERSIGNED hereby ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise while in or upon area.
THE UNDERSIGNED hereby certifies that he/she and guests (they) have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage that may be caused or suffered while in or upon area, or else agrees to bear the costs of such damage or injury. The undersigned further that he/she/they have no medical conditions which would interfere with use of swimming, canoeing, rafting, climbing stairs, etc. or else assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition and expressly acknowledges such physical activities are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any provision is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the interpretation of this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in accordance to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except to the extent modified below.

Great place to stay if you ever visit Austin, everything so close Downtown, place is great really clean and love the gym and pool! Will definitely go back soon!

Thank you for an amazing stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed! Great location, we parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go from the condo. Roof topPool with incredible views.
The location is super convenient to all things Austin. The space was quiet with great views. Clean and comfortable condo. Our host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. Would recommend and stay again!

Corner unit on a high floor overlooking the river. Beautiful views. Quiet, spacious for a one bedroom. Quick jaunt to great nightlife. Will definitely stay there again in future visits.

William and his girlfriend wee brilliant guests! A friendly and polite couple who knows how to take great care of other people's property. I would most certainly host them again and would recommend them to other hosts.
Great spacious corner unit with an amazing view and balcony. Very close to river paths and downtown. The on-premise coffee shop/bar was also very convenient with a nice selection - the Meanwhile IPA is my new favorite (non-Oregon) IPA!
Everything was exactly as described. Very nice area of downtown Austin. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

This is a great condo! Love the convenience of walking to great food places. You can walk or run along the lake in the morning. Host provided easy instructions for entry and leaving. Would love to bring book again.
I loved our stay here, we could walk to the trail, or the local royal blue grocery, building was secure and modern. The bed was super cozy and nespresso was an added plus! It was an awesome view of the lake and city! Loved it! Thank you!

We love our stay. Location was amazing. The crows even more amazing. Everything was clean and neat and beautiful. Loved that we could ride scooters anywhere down town for cheaper than Uber. And I also really likes that my car was safe as it was valeted our entire stay.
