Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the newly built residential park in Kellenhusen am Kirschgarten. The apartment is located a few 100 meters from the beach.

Enjoy here on 73 m² a relaxed break, which leaves nothing to be desired.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
150, - € deposit are due in advance.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee from your property manager.
The spa tax you pay in advance by bank transfer to us.

A spacious living area with open living and dining area invites you to a cozy get-together after a soothing sauna stay. Let the evening fade away on the beautiful south-facing terrace, after you have prepared delicious dishes in the high-quality kitchen, or enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace with a glass of red wine.

2 bedrooms can sleep up to 4 people. The first bedroom is equipped with a cozy box spring bed (180x200) and an additional TV. Bedroom 2 has another double bed (160x200).

A high-quality spa with its own sauna completes the offer and ensures pure relaxation even in the cold season.

From 2019 you can surf the internet for free.

A free outdoor parking space with a charging facility for e-cars is available in front of the property.

Persönliche Bewertung

Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut. (z.B.: Eigener, abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen). Ladepunkt für E- Fahrzeuge (zu fairen Kosten) wäre das I Tüpfelchen gewesen. Lage am Ortsrand hat uns sehr gut gefallen, weil sehr ruhig dort aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle neue Ferienwohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung am Rand von Kellenhusen. Zum Strand musste man ein Stück laufen aber es war ok. Das WLAN funktionierte leider nicht gut und der Wasserhahn in der küche spritzt ziemlich ansonsten war alles super und wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kellenhusen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es dieses Mal ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten die aber Ruck zuck durch die Ansprechpartner gelöst wurden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Anschrift war sehr verwirrend, 2 verschiedene Navigationsgerät konnten die Straße nicht finden ca 20 Minuten gesucht. Kleinigkeiten waren nicht ok, warum wird mit dem Toilettenpapier gespart?? Ist es zu teuer? Die Trinkgläser müssen erneuert werden. Unappetitlich daraus zu trinken

Wir verreisten mit unserem 4-jährigen Enkel. Die Wohnung war super. Die Lage sehr ruhig, trotzdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker, Supermarkt und Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert, immer wieder.

Schöne Wohnung & gute Lage

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die Sauna ist toll gerade jetzt wo es draußen kälter wird. Leider konnte der Ofen nicht genutzt werden da die Asche Kassette fehlte was wir dem Vermieter gemeldet haben. Der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung ist nicht gerechtfertigt da der Fußboden bei Ankunft in der gesamten Wohnung weder gesaugt noch gewischt wurde. Wir haben es gemeldet und es kam nochmal jemand. Trotzdem muss hier zukünftig mehr drauf geachtet werden das auch der Boden sauber ist. Die Wollmäuse hinter den Türen und unter den Betten freuen sich auf zeitnahe Reinigung 😉.

Sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage. Das King Bett war sehr weich und hatte 2 Mulden, dass Queen Bett hatte eine flache und zu harte Matratze. Die Sauna, Kamin und Terrasse waren perfekt.
