A quiet ranch a short distance away from the main action this newly renovated vacation home offers a peaceful setting and all the amenities to make you feel at home!

Lakehouse Lagoon is located just between the east end of the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip and Indian Creek RV Resort. You will have the entire home to yourselves inside and out.

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

Located in a residential neighborhood between the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip and Indian Creek RV Resort.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Updated throughout and extremely spacious. Two large full bathrooms. Huge fully functional kitchen with all the supplies. Perfect location just off of the main road. Large parking area. Highly recommend

Nice clean place, nice backyard, big bathrooms, small bedrooms, one side of beds push up against walls and no closets. Would not recommend for married senior citizens. Family furniture, sofa and recliner, seems old. Recliner was broken. Prior renters over the past couple of years have also commented that the recliner is broken. Linkage on foot rest is fractured in two. It needs replaced immediately.

A great location for Lake Erie. Good for year round fun. Close to many wineries, the Geneva State Park and of course Geneva on the lake. Highly recommend this place any time of the year.

The kitchen had everything we needed. There is no table if you are wanting to play games. The back yard was nice and we enjoyed the fire pit. They could use a rack to hang clothes on. We would stay again.

This very cute a cozy place was perfect for my husband and I, 2 kids, and our dog. Everything we needed and a quiet place to retreat after swim Districts at Spire Institute. We loved the fireplaces in the rooms!

Great few days at this property. So close to dozens of wineries, Lake Erie and very close to the Strip on Geneva on the Lake. This property is very clean and for extended stays very well stocked with anything you might need.
