We're newer to VRBO but are experienced Superhosts on another platform, so you can book with confidence! Our cozy, renovated bungalow is the perfect base for exploring Bristol and the surrounding area.


Location Highlights:
* Downtown Bristol (VA/TN): Just 1.2 miles away (a quick 6-minute drive), offering unique local restaurants, craft breweries, shopping, and the famous Blackbird Bakery.
* Hard Rock Casino Bristol: A 6-minute drive.
* Bristol Motor Speedway: Approximately a 20-minute drive (check traffic for race days!). Don't miss Speedway in Lights (November onwards), a spectacular 4-mile drive-through light display.
* Virginia Creeper Trail (Abingdon): Only a 20-minute drive to the trailhead.
* The Pinnacle Shopping Center: A convenient 10-minute drive for a wide variety of retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment.


Our Cozy Retreat:
This lovingly renovated family home offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
* Outdoor Space: Enjoy our spacious back deck, complete with comfortable seating, a gas grill, a new patio area, a gas fire pit, and a hot tub with a wood canopy.
* Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals with ease. We tried to provide most everything you would need, including basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, seasonings, and olive oil.
*Comfy Sleeping Arrangements: Main Floor: 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed. Loft: 1 Full bed
* Relaxing Living Spaces: Two love seats (one in the living area and one in the loft) provide plenty of seating.
* Entertainment: Enjoy Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in both the living area and loft. Please note: We do not have cable or satellite TV, but you can easily stream using your own accounts (Netflix, etc.).


Convenient Amenities:
* Full bathroom with a jet tub with shower on the main floor.
* Half bath in the loft.
* Washer and dryer.
* Iron, small ironing board, and clothing steamer.
* Paved driveway parking.

We've stocked the kitchen with most everything you might need:
* Basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, some basic seasonings, vinegar, etc.)

Important Note: We have one security camera on the side of the house pointing down the driveway for security purposes. The yard is fully fenced, and there is a gate at the driveway.

A sweet gem in Bristol! We loved staying at this beautiful bungalow! This cozy home away from home was clean, stocked with necessities, and had little extras as well. It was perfect for our three-day weekend, but it would have served us well had we stayed for a week.

Very much enjoyed our weekend stay for a family wedding at this bright, modern, comfortable, and well appointed home in Bristol. Great location, as we had time to also enjoy the Birthplace of Country Music museum (a Smithsonian affiliate) downtown, and a nice lunch and book shopping at Dragonfly Book Bar. Great to be able to relax in the hot tub after the wedding festivities as well. Excellent communication with the host Deana. Highly recommend!

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures! We so enjoyed the fenced in back yard- whether it was chilling in the covered hot tub, making s’mores by the fire, grilling, or relaxing under the huge umbrella on the porch, we couldn’t have been happier! Our host was so attentive and the property is stocked to the brim with cleaning supplies, spices, dishes, and coffee provisions. The 1 and 1/2 bathrooms were perfect for our party of 2 couples and we all enjoyed the soft, plush beds. As luxury cabin cleaners in Gatlinburg, Tn, my partner and I were impressed with how clean the property was and how well the grounds were up-kept by the host!

Our stay at Deana’s bungalow was perfect. Great location to downtown and close to the Mendota trail. We loved how stocked the kitchen was with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. It was very much appreciated, as we did cook several meals during our stay. The home was very nice and cozy. The hot tub was a great way to relax during the chilly evenings. We will definitely stay here again if in the Bristol area.

Everything we needed was onsite for the few days we were there. Owner was readily available and attentive to our comfort although we didn’t have to contact her for any issues House was very inviting and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful!!

Perfect get away

Thes hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. The hot tub was one of tge best i have been in and tge kitchen was very stocked with anything you could desire. And plenty of special touches. Bristol and Abingdon were very easy to get to and the best little towns.

Cozy Getaway with Top Notch Kitchen

The house was super cozy and clean! The backyard and hot tub were perfect for our stay! And the kitchen! It is so well stocked with just about anything you could ask for—including a grapefruit spoon! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into this property and making your stay just like home!

Relaxing stay in Bristol

The house was beautiful and very clean. There was everything we could’ve needed for the weekend. The host stayed in communication with us making sure we had what we needed throughout the weekend.
