ABOUT TOES IN THE SAND
This spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. The open-concept living room includes a smart TV, two comfortable chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa. Large sliding glass doors lead out to your private balcony with stunning Gulf views, the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun!
The main bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a King bed, TV, and private bath. The bunk den includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, TV, and its own bathroom as well. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway.

During this time, you may notice construction workers, equipment, slight noise disturbances, and temporary closure of certain amenities. To help you make the most of your stay, we've already applied a construction discount to the pricing. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a fantastic vacation at a reduced price! Please note that no additional discounts will be applied once your reservation is made or after check-in. For the most up-to-date information on the project, feel free to contact our team or reach out to Shores of Panama directly, as they provide us with all the details. GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional instructions will be sent prior to your arrival via text/email. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay.
PARKING & WRISTBANDS - NOT INCLUDED WITH RENTAL - SEPARATE FEE
⭐ When you arrive, you'll check in at the front desk to pick up your welcome packet, which includes two parking passes and eight wristbands. There is a one-time $100 fee, paid directly to the resort. This fee is not included in your rental total and is set by the on-site HOA, so it is subject to change. Your stay includes one reserved parking space (#207). A second vehicle may park in the unassigned first-come, first-serve areas of the garage. The parking garage access code will be provided in your check-in email. Please note: The HOA does not allow golf carts or scooters, and there is a vehicle height restriction due to the parking garage. If you need clearance specifics, feel free to reach out. Parking Limit: Maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation (strictly enforced).
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are found on the balcony. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. After your arrival, you can reserve beach chairs and fun water sports activities with the on-site beach vendor!
POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There are wonderful amenities provided at the Shores of Panama! The resort offers a spectacular beachfront deck with a zero-entry, lagoon-stye pool, a kids' play area, and a Jacuzzi. You can also enjoy the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. So many options for you to choose from! Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to each amenity. Use all amenities at your own risk!
SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
DISTANCE TO PIER PARK: 7-10 MINUTES DRIVE
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO, to Destin, FL, in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles most operations, including Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, and Accounting, and helps oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues.
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are!
