Simply Amazing!!

Our 1st family trip PCB was just as amazing as I hoped it to be!! The 2nd floor condo was just as wonderful as advertised in the pictures and the views from the balcony were simply majestic and so relaxing. We all agreed that this will be our family beach vacation destination every year!! Communicate, check in and out, and our hostess were excellent!! We are now planning our next trip!!

Great week!

The property location was perfect! Trims were comfortable and the bunk beds were ideal for the kids. My only complaint was that the floors were dirty and turned our feet black from when we walked in the door.

Great temperature control. Very efficient. Lacking in supplies

Bad internet connection. Sparingly stocked. Not enough supplies in kitchen.

Thanks for the feedback. Internet is not always available due to weather, outages or strength of signal which may have been part of the issue which I am sorry to hear. Prior to every guest arrival, we send out emails that explain that we only provide a starter kit: "two kitchen trash can liners, two dish-washing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels. Some properties do have salt/pepper and other seasonings but it is not guaranteed. If these items are important to you, we do suggest you bring them from home!" Overall, I hope you had a great vacation and that you had safe travels home 😐

July Trip

The condo is as described and has easy beach access. I would warn anyone staying at the Shores of Panama about the parking garage. There is no monitoring of who is coming in and out of the garage. There is a person with very little communication skills watching the entrance and exit. Our last night at the condo the reserved parking spot was taken by someone with no parking pass, leaving us with nowhere to park. We were told by the “staff” that either we could find a non reserved spot or call the towing company. They were no help to us at all. We did call the towing company which took almost three hours to come and tow the car. How they are in the garage with no parking pass couldn’t be explained.

Thanks for letting us be aware of the parking situation. I am not sure how this happened either and am sorry that it did take place during your stay. There are two entrances in the garage. The gate entrance a guest must have a code to enter and there is usually a staff member there and the next entrance is an open entrance but you should be stopped by a staff member who takes your information down. I will be following up with this with the HOA/Resort and again sorry that this happened as you do have a reserved parking space. I can't thank you enough for letting us know but do hope other then that incident that you had an over all enjoyable vacation. Hope you had safe travels home 🌴
