Discover this peaceful, quiet retreat in Elm Creek Cove. As you enter the property, enjoy a beautiful water feature trickling through the property and into the lake. The main house sleeps 4 with a king master bedroom and ensuite. The twin bedroom, with two twin beds, in the main house is next to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The open living, kitchen and dining area look out over the large deck with views of the quiet cove. The comforts of home can be found in the kitchen with a Keurig, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The home is a true throwback to the cabin feel that used to exist all over possum kingdom lake.
A guest house is connected to the main house through a covered breezeway and sleeps 6 additional guests. A living area with a TV and fridge can be found in the entrance to the guest house. The first bedroom has a full bed and a desk area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the shared bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Just outside of the guest house is an outdoor enclosed shower.
Many outdoor activities include: tire swing, tree house, enclosed trampoline, dock with swim ladders, fishing, swimming, kayaking. A firepit is perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoy a lazy day relaxing in the hammock. Cooking areas include a weber grill and a smoker for your enjoyment.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful time at Elm Creek Cove. Plenty of room for our whole family, boat dock on back of cove a definite plus with no boat traffic around us so everyone could play in water without worries. The property is represented well on website. We will definitely come again!

We really loved the setting.

The setting is most beautiful. The cabins were to everyones' liking. My wife says she would love to come back to this place, as would I. Caught fish at the boat house with the kids. The kids loved swimming in the lake right at the cabin and boat house. Very quiet cove. The manager was always quick to communicate with us during our stay. We had one incident with a chair on the back porch when the back gave way. No one was hurt, just more of inconvienence. Manager said he would take care of it.

Great Family Getaway

Our family stayed for the weekend, and we had a great time! It ended up raining one night, but the kids were easily entertained with the board games provided in the cabin. My husband and I really enjoyed coffee on the porch over looking the lake in the mornings. All age groups enjoyed the stay!

Great place to chill

Over all the property was perfect for what we were there for. The exterior could have used a mowing and the buildings cleaned on the outside, I understand it’s at the lake but a power washing would go along ways to making the property more presentable. A bigger grill would have been nice to have for the amount of people the property can entertain. Will be back, as it’s the perfect place to chill and the dock with the cove area to play in with a boat. Had a great time!

4 kids 2 adult couples had plenty of room good access to swim and fish trampoline and tree house were a bonus
