LOCATION: CHAMPIONS GATE RESORT

Champions gate is a safe, secure GATED resort, close to Disney and Universal. After a few busy days at the parks, enjoy the resort pool, lazy river, theater and restaurant at the Oasis Clubhouse.

AVENGERS THEMED ROOM: The little superheroes will have an amazing time in the The Avengers bedroom (2 double beds) that has a built action-packed slide.

RAPUNZEL THEMED BEDROOM: Our Rapunzel/Tangled bedroom (2 double beds) has a starry-sky LED lighting system that will make our princesses feel that they are sleeping under the open sky!

'SECRET' HIDEOUT: We even have a hideaway playroom for our smallest guests, equipped with a tactile board, a walk-on piano mat and colorful lights.

PAC-MAN ARCADE/ XBOX: FREE GAME-PASS! You will not be able to get the children (and some adults) out of our retro Pacman-themed arcade room with commercial arcade games, and array of Xbox systems with dual screens and complimentary subscription to Xbox Game-pass with access to over 100 of the best games. The arcade is comfortable, decorated with black lights and LEDs, fully finished, insulated and has dedicated air-conditioning.

HEATED POOL & SPA/LANAI: A spacious screened-in lanai with private, west facing (amazing sunset dinners in the lanai!) pool and spillover spa with $35/night heating fee (optional).

SPACIOUS KITCHEN: Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen with tons of granite counter-top space and a spacious island. There is a dining table that seats 8, countertop seating for 4 additional people, as well as 2 tables in the lanai that can accommodate an additional 10 people. - Full access to kitchen / oven / microwave / refrigerator / dishwasher / coffee maker (dual function, carafe as well as single-cup Keurig brewer) / French press / toaster / blender / kettle / waffle maker.

COFFEE LOVERS CORNER: Do you like your coffee? So do we! A fully equipped coffee bar with dual function (carafe and single-cup Keurig brewer) coffee maker as well as a French Press is available to help you get going in the morning. Coffee is provided by guest.

COZY FAMILY ROOM: Relax in our family area with classic board games or spend time with the family in our movie nook where you can stream the latest blockbusters on a 75-inch smart TV with dedicated sound-bar and subwoofer. 4 of the 6 bedrooms have in-room smart TVs with dedicate cable TV access.

RESORT QUIET HOURS: BETWEEN 10 PM AND 8 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire Villa is available for you to enjoy! Access to the home is via self check-in code at the main door.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We provide starter packs of shampoos, conditioners, soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags and more for your convenience! This is a self catering vacation thereafter.
