Why they chose this property

Peaceful quiet neighborhood and street. Lush tropical plants and trees. Western view over small lake / pond offers incredible sunsets! Many fabulous birds gather around the water here. Abundant wildlife. The trees, plants and small lake allow for golf course views while also providing a buffer for privacy. Best of both!
