Our adult daughter needed a place to stay for a month, we book this adorable two bedroom apartment which worked wonderful for her. It was very clean, well appointed, stocked very well and recently renovated. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads in north Madison. Bed's was comfy, kitchen stocked well and easy to park car. My adult daughter and her dog were happy in this location and I highly recommend. Thank you to Ana who answered our many questions prior to renting and responding to our limited needs as all worked really well.

Four of us stayed over Thanksgiving week. Kate was a great host. She left out dishes for us to use for Thanksgiving dinner, checked often to make sure we had what we needed, left us baked goodies and some potatoes/vegetables for our dinner, and gave suggestions on places to go nearby. Communication was excellent from the time we booked all the way through the stay. The fenced yard for the dogs was very helpful; Kate’s listing is by far the most dog-friendly we’ve seen on any hosting sites. The listing does not show it clearly but there is a 4 seat dining area. Kate left us an extra folding table that worked great for a larger group. Also, the bathroom in the basement is listed as a half bath but it is actually a full bath with a shower curtain door. This house would not be good for anyone with issues going up and down stairs but it was perfect for us. Very cozy and comfortable with plenty of extra towels and blankets and a fully stocked kitchen. Thank you Kate for a wonderful home away from home.

Myself and my friends' stay at this property was excellent rom beginning to end. The property was very clean and tidy, the check-in process was seamless and convenient, the listing for the property was accurate and comprehensively included all aspects of the property, the property manager was responsive and allowed for a constant open line of communication, and even let myself and my friends check in a couple hours early, and finally, the location of the property was also nice, as it was directly next to a public park and was located within what appeared to be a safe suburban neighborhood.
