Located in a private finger off a large cove off the main lake body, the shallow water in front of the home is perfect for swimming or kayaking without worries of boat traffic. Bike or take a refreshing scenic walk around the lake. Relax on large deck and patio. Beautiful half acre yard to play a game of bean bags. Relax or take a nap on the outdoor deck and patio furniture enjoying beautiful lake views. Guests also have all access to private Lake Panorama Resort amenities which include boat ramp (please see rental agreement details on bringing boat and registration fee), as well as private swimming pool and hot tub at resort conference center ($3 per day), 3 beaches, playgrounds, luxury golf course and driving range (resort charges apply), pickle ball and tennis courts (no charge). Home has high speed internet, TV access to netflix, prime video, etc., board games, 2 full kitchens, kitchenette, and gas grill, jetted tub in master. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Pack and play and high chair available as well as baby gate for stairway.
Ranch style home has brand new finished basement. Bedrooms will comfortably sleep 16, all in beds, with air mattress to potentially sleep a few more. Pictures of the finished basement to come…
Lake home is 5 minutes to the town of Panora for multiple restaurants, pizza to take home, coffee, groceries, gas and shopping.
***Lake Panorama is a private lake for members only. Renters have access to full member benefits while renting but the Lake Panorama Association (LPA) has a published set of rules and regulations that renters will need to comply with. Thus, after booking confirmed, renters will be be required to sign separate rental agreement which details these regulations. More regulations for renters who plan on bringing boat vs those who don't as there are many boating rules. Owner can be contacted with any questions.
