Our rental property's inspection and approval by the town ensures that it meets safety and code requirements, giving prospective tenants peace of mind and making it a more desirable and reliable rental.

This first floor unit is part of a beautiful multifamily 1890 Victorian. Located only a short block from Ocean Grove's beautiful boardwalk and beach. The house offers a beautiful front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon snooze or an evening cocktail.

This vacation rental offers great entertaining space, an updated kitchen and all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. Both our bedrooms are located on the first floor. Perfect for guests who don't wish to climb stairs! Additional space in our finished basement offers a full bathroom and entertainment space.

We provide 4 beach passes, beach chairs and many other amenities to make your shore vacation enjoyable.

Great beach location!

We had a fabulous time. The apartment was super clean and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed. The owner, Raj, called a number of times to make sure we had everything we needed and Allacen, the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Cute Ocean Grove Getaway!

Cute apartment in adorable Victorian house! Apartment had all the essentials along with beach towels and chairs. In such a cute neighborhood and sooo close to the beach! 10/15 minute walk to Cookman Street restaurants. Wonderful boardwalk. We owner and property manager were extremely kind and regularly checked in! We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights in this spacious, beautifully appointed and furnished apartment during our annual three-generation time away at our favorite shore community. Raj was so caring about the comfort of my 92-plus-year-old parents and checked in to make certain we had any information we needed. The layout was perfect for us, with a bedroom and 1/2 en-suite accessible bathroom at the front of the apartment, allowing my parents to be comfortably positioned between the neat, comfortably furnished front porch and the garden. With just a couple of steps to the front door, they could access the house. There was a well-set-up WFH space off the kitchen. The furnishings in the living room and dining room were elegant and comfortable. The kitchen had all the comforts and conveniences. Raj had even had a new teapot delivered to us because he learned the other had broken. We are VERY familiar with Ocean Grove, but Raj wanted to be certain of that and newcomers will benefit from his tips. Always nice, too, to have the washer/dryer, beach chair, and umbrella so we have less to pack, knowing we can do a wash, grab the chairs and tags for the beach, and go. Since it is only 1 and a half blocks from the ocean, you have the convenience of being on the beach, with a short walk to the house for facilities and to grab a snack. Being only 2 blocks from Main is also convenient for shopping and dining without moving your car. We walk everywhere, including to Asbury when in OG.
