Welcome to the brand new, absolutely stunning, Villa Belize! This exulted 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental is full furnished and equipped. Stunning high ceilings, huge 72" fireplace, an office, laundry room, all Samsung stainless-steel appliances, and much more. Out by the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table and chairs. The heated pool and spa features a shallow "beach area". Come enjoy the Villa Belize and make your vacation amazing!

What a wonderful vacation. The house is fabulous. It's clean, modern, comfortable and very private. The large pool and spa was the highlight of our week :). The house is close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. Being able to park in the garage was also for bonus. Kevin was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. Loved the pool and roughly 25 mins to Sanibel or Fort Myers beaches was nice. Highly recommend and the property management company was above and beyond with helping with any issues and quick response. Thanks

The front door lock did not work, we tried several times but was unsuccessful. We were finally able to get in the garage. We have stayed in over 10 properties in SWFL so we aware of how the locks work. We messaged Kevin but did not get a response until the following day and not even an apology. When we finally got into the home, we noticed that it wasn’t even the same home. We asked Kevin about the home not being the same home that we rented, he tried to tell us that they had to replace furniture over time but I guess when they replaced the furniture they also moved the location, hot tub and bath tub as well. The sofa is not the same and that is one of the reason we chose this home was because the sofa was not pleather. The photos need updating. We addressed everything with Kevin, the manager, he said he had never been to the home. So when asking why we weren’t told we were put into another home, he kept saying it was the correct home but it is not because even the neighborhood is different in the photos.Also, when we arrived after a 14 hour drive, we just wanted showers and to go to sleep but there were no wash cloths in the entire home so we had to shower with hand towels, there was not even any kitchen dish rags. When we checked the bed before sleeping, the bed is full of urine stains, which is disgusting! Most drains are corroded so we didn’t use the bathtub. Poor communication! Lights around the tv do not work.

We had the best week and the only sad part was the time we needed to go home. This home is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood yet close to beaches, restaurants or shopping. Highly recommend!

beautiful house and well stocked and clean. very nice and quiet neighborhood. upon arrival, ac was not working. contacted host and someone was there quickly and got it running. pool spa wasn't working and pool heater was not on. Temperature at night was in 60's so would of been nice to have it on for a night swim but was able to use during the day. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Quiet and very friendly neighborhood. Everyone waves hi! The house was as pictured. Had a couple of easy issues to fix off the bat. They were resolved quickly.

The house was fairly new, very clean. Easy check in. Some of the pictures online were a bit misleading. Unfortunately, the hurricane destroyed the netting around the pool, but that was not identified in the pictures, which were obviously taken pre-hurricane. The sound bar for the TV broke prior to our stay and was not operable, the outside chairs around the table were very uncomfortable. Heating the pool and spa were a bit confusing, but the host was very helpful with that. Good stay overall.
