great house by Disney

Carla has a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is only 15-20 minute drive to Disney World. It was very easy to get to Disney and not much traffic. Beautiful pool and very affordable. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great house

We stayed for a week in this house. It is we'll maintained and pretty spacious. The location was great for us. It's close enough to the Disney parks but far enough from all the Disney traffic. The game room and pool were great for relaxing after a day at the park. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely consider this house for next Orlando vacation!

Great place to stay and not far from Disney.

My wife and I stayed here with my 1 year old. We went on our first trip to Disney. House is great and not overly huge. We were very comfortable and not crammed. We would stay here again if we choose to come back to Disney. Carla is excellent and had a crib and high chair when we arrived as promised. Very accommodating!

Great House for Vacation

Carla, Thank you for your wonderful house! We had great time there. House is well maintained. It is clean and in good order. The location is convenient to all attractions, as well as the supermarkets. The welcome letter and the instruction manual are super helpful. I love the rental price too !!! Please stay that way !!!

So flexible, and a great stay!

In general, we had a wonderful experience renting this home. The home is spacious and clean, and whenever we had an issue, the manager was available. When we arrived, the fan in the master bedroom was hanging by its wires {!!} but the manager came over right away to put it back up. {It unfortunately didn't work after that, and is currently being replaced, I believe.} We had a list of improvements for the home, which the owner has taken into consideration. She was also EXTREMELY flexible and kind when we had to change our stay dates! My only real complaint is that items that we consider basics in a rental {cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent, and toilet paper/paper towels}, are NOT included in the stay past the first day unless you pay extra. I find this a little absurd, not to mention costly and wasteful, since providing large quantities for everyone would ensure that each new renter doesn't have to buy a whole package for cleaning {which is required when you stay at the home}, and there would be plenty left over for the next 4 renters afterwards if the items were just left in the home for them. Had we known this before we left for our vacation, we would have brought items from home. Anyway, as I said, overall it was a great experience. Thanks!

Thank you for your kind response. About your suggestion about toilet paper and detergent, I have put an extra remark on the site so guest will know upfront. We have tried to have plenty in the home in the past but it looked like there was never enough. Or guest wanted different brands due to allergies.

comfortable

We had a very nice comfortable week here, plenty of space for just the two of us, fairly close to pretty much everything, we also felt safe for a morning run around the neighborhood. We’re glad to have the pool heated as even when it’s chilly out we were able to enjoy it. There were plenty of towels and streaming apps to watch on tv. I just wish we had known about the toilet paper, we would have picked some up earlier and not in the middle of the night. The coffee maker could also use some scrubbing, I also wish we weren’t thinking too much about making excess garbage and excess laundry during our vacation as the website says we could get charged extra. When we left the property, there were two ladies for housekeeping waiting on us outside in their truck looking all mean and grumpy, no smiles, no good morning, we kind of felt bad that they looked so miserable. Other than these, we had a nice comfortable week.

Sorry to read your worries about garbage, as we have to large garbage cans outside, which should be sufficient for 1 week, as collection day is every week. We also have a garbage can for re-usable products, like paper, milk cans, soda cans, which also is emptied every week, you omly need to place it at the curb.

Good property Great pool

This property is certainly good value for the money. The pool is a perfect temperature and very clean. Some of the quirks of this listing are potentially why it's on the less expensive side of many rentals. Beds are comfy, appliances work well. We did have to call management as the shower head started spraying the entire bathroom..they were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. I couldn't help but think about how just a few upgrades and some paint would really make the rental perfect! Some of the furniture is very old and dated. The pool table is only for kids..it's not level. But all in all it's a great home and I would recommend staying there! Very close to Disney, grocery, and restaurants!

Close to parks, nice pool.

The kitchen had anything one could've wanted and the dishwasher was a blessing. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool. We didn't think the master bed was real comfortable, but the kids liked their beds. Communication about trash removal was a little off, but we figured it out. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. The house definitely needs some attention with some basic maintenance. The shower head in the master bath should be reattached and some lights didn't work and the one in the master bath needs to be fixed. This was a nice house and met our needs, but will probably not be a place that we return.

The days of garbage collection are mentioned in the welcome book. Even in rental homes when things are used, they can break down just like at home, we try to keep everything in order and it helps a lot if guest mention this to us during or after their stay, we always try to fix as soon as possible. About the neighborhood, not sure what sketchy is and cannot argue about feelings, but it is a save neighborhood and in al those years we own the house there has been no incidents of any kind
