Enjoy the serenity of Jekyll Island on the balcony of Mooring #12!

A second-floor condominium with elevator access from the parking garage with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfect for a family getaway!

This condo features a large, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for family mealtimes.
A comfy living room leads to a private balcony overlooking the maritime forest on the banks of the Jekyll River, where you can listen to the birds and see the local wildlife.

A king bed crowns the primary suite, along with a fabulous primary bathroom that has a large walk-in shower and a separate tub.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private bath. There are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom that shares a hall bath.

Moorings #12 features cable TV, WiFi, and a washer/dryer. This family-friendly condo also has a pack-n-play and a travel highchair.

Recent upgrades include:
Newly screened-in porch with new furniture
New memory foam mattresses for added comfort
TV in the master bedroom
Recently painted interior with updated furniture/decor
A cart for convenience, bringing items up from the garage or to and from the beach

For those who prefer lounging by the pool, The Moorings has a saltwater pool that is heated in the fall and cooled in the summer! At the pool, you'll find a cabana with a refrigerator, icemaker, running water, and restrooms. There are also 4 charcoal grills located around the pool deck.

Accommodates: 6

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file, AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Christmas in July

We took our grandsons as a Christmas gift and this condo did not disappoint. One of the grandsons thought he was in a VIP unit at a fancy resort. The unit was clean and close to the pool. We rented a golf cart for the long weekend so we never moved the car. Being walking distance to our favorite JI restaurant was a bonus for us too!

Condo was great! It was clean and felt like home. Location was nice. Thank you for the use of the beach wagon! We loved everything about the condo. Its not on the beach but that was okay with us. The only negative would be that while sitting on the porch all you can hear are the ac/units running.
