Wir liegen zentral im Selbitztal. Als Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden unseres Frankenwaldes bestens geeignet. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen ist diese Wohnung bestens auch für gewerbliche Gäste geeignet. Das zum Anwesen gehörende Garten- und Hofgrundstück ist mit Sitz- und Ruhemöglichkeiten ausgestattet, die genutzt werden können, wie auch das ansprechende Gartenhaus zum verweilen einlädt. Im Außenbereich darf natürlich geraucht werden. Für unsere gewerblichen Gäste kann ein im Haus befindlicher komplett eingerichteter Büroraum mit angemietet werden. Komplett und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung 50 qm mit 2 Zi, Wohnküche (EBK mit Spülmaschine) und sehr schönem Badezimmer mit Wanne incl. Duschaufsatz und WC. Nichtraucherwohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock. In der Wohnung ist freies Wlan vorhanden.
