Minutes from anywhere

This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.

We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.

I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

I came in only for 2 days for work but I must say I will be renting at this location again. The house was nice and clean and it was a central location to my job and to multiple restaurants and it's not too far from the highway. It was also stocked with water, Pizza and other items which made it a plus.

I really wish I could have spent more time there. Very comfortable bed, especially, and the whole apartment was very clean and had all the stuff I needed. It was quiet even though on a main street. Convenient to a lot of places in the Quad Cities, I just needed it for a place to sleep while my house was being painted, but I can envision it being a good place to explore from or have a personal "time out" too. Super nice quirky old house with modern conveniences. Perfect.

This is my second time staying here as my daughter goes to school in the area. The location is excellent. It is pretty close to 74 so there is a little road noise but that also makes it really easy to get around the quad cities. The accommodations are top notch. Nothing super fancy but it has all the amenities, clean linens and a comfortable bed. For those with limited mobility the tub does require you to step into it but it was not a problem for my crew. Josh is an excellent host. Quick with communicating and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property and will try to book this place whenever I am in town to visit my daughter.

It was truly easy to get anywhere from this location. The property had everything I needed, including all I needed to eat in if I wanted to. Very clean and well decorated. The driveway was a bit tricky at first to get in and out of, but I quickly mastered it. I will be back.

I live downstairs with my daughter, and our cat and dog. My day job is a crane operator at a local steel mill. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time on the local rivers. There are some great places here for kayaking, fishing, and sailing.
