Holiday home with a wonderful view in the garden
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2017, is functionally furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the forests and the quiet location at the edge of the forest and by the water. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Hluboká nad Vltavou. The holiday house is located on an open garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is suitable for anglers. Please arrange your own firewood; none is provided. Access is via a field or forest track (unpaved, length 2000 m). Parking on the street in front of the house. The holiday house is located approx. 10 km from the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou; access road: the class 2 road from Hluboká, then turn onto a 2 km long forest track which, after heavy summer rains, is in poor condition, is not maintained and is ideally passable with a 4 x 4 vehicle, please note.
