Krista was a great host—warm, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d gladly come back again!

Our family spent a great week in this sunny and well-designed house. The bedrooms are compact but perfectly comfortable; the public spaces are ample for dining and lounging. Gold star for the beautiful backyard! There is not much retail within walking distance, but lots of stuff is quickly reachable by car. Thank you Paulina and Kyle!

The property was very clean, very cozy, and had everything we need for the weekend trip. Danny sent us a very detailed and easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, so the check in process was very smooth. Danny always responses to my message promptly. Quite neighborhood, convenient located near Jefferson Park area, 10 mins by car to ktown, 10 mins to dodger stadium, and 20 mins to century city. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Meredith was a wonderful host and communicated exceptionally well. She made sure we had everything we needed for a two-week stay and was responsive — we hadn’t realized that the A/C was a window unit in the open living area and one in the bedroom, and we were both working “from home.” She had someone install another unit the same day we reached out to her and went above and beyond. We loved the decor, how spacious the unit was, the beautiful bathroom, and the use of a full, stocked kitchen. Everything is nice and updated and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend a car to drive to pop over to other parts of town and the beach!

Stayed at this spot as part of a family trip/vacation. Close proximity to our family that lives in LA, plus close to the beach, restaurants and pretty much everything in LA. Home is very nice, well furnished, clean and maintained. Fully equipped kitchen, TVs, WiFi, and the linen were all great making for a terrific dtay

Spacious, clean property, a beautiful back yard! We stayed 2 weeks, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Made several meals, kitchen was well equipped, lunches outside on the sunny patio, beds were comfy. The hot tub was a nice addition as was the gated parking and laundry. The Metro was only a few short blocks away. Whole Foods was just a few stops over. We walked to Re-Creation coffee shop, our favorite for great food and coffee. We would definitely rent from James again. His attention to detail of this property was much appreciated.
