Casa Cristina is a nice house only 300m from Conil with private pool and garden, with Wifi and air condition. This beautiful, well maintained holiday home with private pool is located very near to Conil, in Dehesa de la Villa, a nice settlement of holiday and private homes. Since the house is only about 300 m from Conil, shops, restaurants, bars are nearby in only10 minutes walking distance. The sandy beaches of Conil are easily accessible.
Facilities : 3 spacious bedrooms for a total of up to 6 people : 2 x with 2 single beds and 1 with a 1.80 cm wide double bed with good mattress . Well equipped, the lounge with open kitchen, with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with grill, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen appliances. Salon with sofas and armchairs, TV with British and international channels, dining table with 6 chairs, fireplace and air condition. Bathroom with bath, additional guest bathroom. The house has a covered terrace with patio furniture.
The garden is beautiful, here is the fenced 4 x 7 m swimming pool and a brick barbecue. Two car parking spaces on the property are in place and are secured by an automatic gate .

Conil im November

Ein nettes Haus mit einem Verwalter, der in kurzer Zeit vieles möglich macht. Das Satellitfernsehen hat nicht funktioniert und er hat am SAMSTAG NACHMITTAG einen Techniker der Firma organisiert, der ein Kabel auswechselte. Zum ersten Restaurant (La Granja - total netter Service und gutes Essen) sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Aber: Wer bei Dunkelheit in die Stadt möchte, sollte unbedingt eine Taschenlampe benutzen. Das Haus liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße und es gibt nur einen ca. 60 cm breiten Straßenrand zum Laufen. Außerhalb der Saison ist es angenehm ruhig, viele Lokale haben zwar geschlossen, aber die restlichen sind dann auch nicht die typischen Touristenlokale.

Schönes, privates und stadtnahes Anwesen

Wir haben 14 Tage als Familie mit Kleinkind in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus mit Pool und großem Garten verbracht. Der eingezäunte Pool war perfekt. Juan, der Eigentümer, war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Er spricht allerdings nur Spanisch, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Es war alles sehr sauber und entsprach genau den Fotos. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser bestückt sein, was Kochutensilien angeht, aber das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Aber Achtung, das Anwesen liegt direkt an einer größeren Straße, wir empfanden es aber nicht als störend. Es gibt allerdings für ca. 200m keinen richtigen Gehweg bis zum nächsten Kreisverkehr und Stadtgrenze. Also mit Kindern zu Fuß etwas abenteuerlich. Für uns war das ok, aber für einige vielleicht evtl. wichtig zu wissen. Ebenso sollte man wissen, dass die Nachbarschaft etwas ländlich ist und ab ca. 5Uhr morgens jeden Tag mehrere Hähne krähen. Wer damit ggf. Probleme hat, sollte am besten Oropax mitnehmen. Ansonsten liegt das Haus schön nah und fußläufig am Stadtzentrum und zwei größeren Supermärkten. Da wir kein Auto hatten, war das perfekt und sehr praktisch. Der Pool war super und das Wasser sauber. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie war das Anwesen ideal und ich kann es sehr weiterempfehlen. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub.

El precio es ajustado, la ubicación adecuada, aunque a la playa... para bajar en coche. Mejoraría el mobiliario (colchón de la cama, etc) y más perchas en los armarios

Fint hus, en massa tuppar som gal dygnet runt va väldigt irriterande. Han som kom och lämna nyckeln kunde inte ett ord engelska. Skulle vara bra med en manual över allt i huset på engelska.

Vacances agréables à...

Vacances agréables à la Casa Cristina à Conil. Belle et confortable maison bien équipée située aux abords de la ville. Joli jardin, petite terrasse, avec piscine pour se délasser après une journée de tourisme. Ballades à pied jusqu\'aux grandes plages en passant par le centre ville, toujours animé, avec ses nombreuses vitrines, bars et restaurants. Il y a des commerces à proximité, très utiles. Je conseille.

Bonita casa

Bonita casa con piscina, fácil acceso y cerca del casco urbano. Muchos gallos alrededor de la casa. Ruido en las casas cercanas de alquiler según los vecinos que estén en ese momento.

Hemos estado muy agusto en casa de Juan y Paqui . El día de nuestra partida salimos muy pronto y Juan muy amable se presentó a recoger las llaves y comentar la estancia. No hemos echado en falta nada en la casa, todo perfecto. Sin duda un lugar para repetir.

La casa era excelent...

La casa era excelente para poder pasar una semana de diversión y relax en Conil. La ubicación era estupenda para poder acceder a todos los servicios, la playa y el centro del pueblo. La casa estaba totalmente completa tanto la pisicna y el porche como la vivienda en sí. Una experiencia muy buena y seguro que repetiremos. Juan, el propietario fue súper atentos con nosotros y las casa estaba limpísima.

Fenomenal estancia e...

Fenomenal estancia en la casa. La piscina era genial y el interior de la casa acorde con las características descritas. La situación era algo alejada del centro (10-15 min aprox) lo cual le daba un toque de tranquilidad. Aún así, dos supermercados estaban bastante cerca. En todo momento Juan fue amable con nosotros y nos pudo resolver cualquier circunstancia que pudiera surgir.

La casa esta muy bien, tal como aparece en el anuncio. Las únicas pegas es que el segundo cuarto de baño no tiene ducha y q la entrada de la casa esta en una carretera general con bastante poca visibilidad para salir/entrar. Por lo demás todo genial y la persona q nos recibió (Juan) muy atento.

Estuvimos muy a gust...

Estuvimos muy a gusto y quedamos encantados. No se calienta mucho durante las tardes y esta bien ventilada. La localización muy buena al lado de Mercadona, además las playas Bateles, Fontanilla e isla del Gallo estan a pocos minutos si vas en coche. La piscina espectacular. El wifi iba de maravilla y el dueño siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que se necesitara. Altamente recomendable.
