Apartment Lella is a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Rovinj ("Monte Mulini Beach") and romantic historic old town.

Near by there are also many restaurants, water parks, kids playgrounds, sport centers and shops.

Spacious (110 square meters) and modern apartment with 5 air conditioners, in a quiet neighborhood will provide you a relaxed atmosphere and a complete rest from everyday life.

Apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with double bed and the other two bedrooms are with sofa beds (for 1 or 2 persons). All bedrooms are with air conditioning, wardrobe and bed linens.

There is also a modern living room with a flatscreen TV - SAT ( with english, german and italian channels), modern sofa , armchair and table.

The apartment has fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, freezer, stove, dishes (glasses, plates, cooking pot, pan, cutlery included), and a dining area with a large table and 6 chairs.

There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower, bidet, jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine and toilets (towels included).

The apartment is surrounded by greenery from all sides and at the guests' disposal is also a garden with garden furniture and sun lounger. Terrace is covered with electric awning for shadow.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, topmodern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnungsübergabe mit unserer sehr netten Gastgeberin Helena erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist ruhig und zentral gelegen, die Altstadt von Rovinj, die Strände und die Supermärkte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Rovinj ist eine der schönsten Städte überhaupt mit seinen kleinen Gassen, dem Hafen, den vielen guten Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sonnig und vielseitig

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und komfortabel. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, gleichwohl sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man etwa eine halbe Stunde, ebenso in die Stadt. Rovinj ist unserer Meinung nach die malerischste Stadt Istriens und ein sehr lohnenswertes Urlaubsziel. Nicht nur das Meer bietet beste Erholungsmöglichkeiten, auch die Kulturlandschaft auf der Halbinsel ist reichhaltig und sehenswert. Für die Erkundungen ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert. (Das einzige Manko: in der an sich sauberen Wohnung haben wir überall Hundehaare gefunden und weggekehrt.) Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Sehr schön

Wir haben in der Wohnung zwei Wochen Familienurlaub verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat viel Stauraum und ist wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet. Für die Kinder sind die zwei getrennten Zimmer sehr angenehm. Auf der Terrasse kann man sehr gut sitzen und alle Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Gelegentlich schaut auch mal eine Katze aus der Nachbarschaft vorbei. In der Küche können auch mehrere arbeiten, da um den Tresen herum viel Platz ist. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. An den Strand sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren, wir fanden es zum Laufen mit Tasche etc. zu weit, aber auf der Karte sieht man ja, dass die Wohnung nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Ein abendlicher Spaziergang in die Stadt läßt sich zu Fuß gut bewerkstelligen. Angenehm sind auch die Klimaanlagen, die man bei Bedarf unterschiedlich einstellen kann.

Whg. liegt ca. 2km vom Hafen, Bäcker 50m entfernt, gratis Parkplatz, vollständig eingerichtet, sehr liebe Vermieterin, schnelles Beheben eines technischen Defekts, Whirlpool-Wanne in einem der 2 Bäder - sehr schönes Urlaubs-Domizil :)

Schöne Zeit in Rovinj

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in Rovinj sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung, die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, Helena stand für Fragen oder Anliegen immer zur Verfügung zumal wir im Vorfeld, bedingt durch die Pandemie, sehr unsicher waren, ob wir fahren sollten. Wir sagen DANKE und kommen gerne wieder.

Modernes Appartement in Rovinj

Das Appartement entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Es ist modern möbliert, besitzt einen Masterbedroom mit angeschlossenem Bad (incl. Wanne) und zwei weitere helle Zimmer sowie ein Badezimmer (mit Bidet und Dusche). Der große Zentralraum gliedert sich in den Wohnbereich (Couch, TV), den Essbereich (mit großem Tisch) und der komplett ausgestatteten Küche (3x Gasherd, 1x Elektroplatte, große Kühl- und Gefrierkombi). Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, ums Haus herum gibt es Parkplätze. Eine Bäckerei und ein Zeitschriftenladen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu den Stränden und zur Altstadt ist ein Rad hilfreich. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief prompt und problemlos auf Englisch.

Flott, rent, moderne, uteplass og alt fungerte som det skulle. Eier tok kontakt flere gang og lurte på om det var noe vi trengte. Fin avstand fra gamlebyen i Rovinj, CA 15 min å gå. Matbutikker rett i nærheten. Deilig med aircondition i alle rom. Anbefales på det varmeste.
