The view was fantastic! It was easy access to the beach. Only drawback was lugging cooler and luggage up to the 3rd floor (but we knew there wasn’t an elevator)

Cathy, thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the fantastic view and easy beach access. We appreciate your understanding regarding the stairs. While the building does not have an elevator and this is noted in the listing, we understand it can still be a bit of a workout—especially with luggage and coolers! Thank you again for your kind words, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Great view and location. No air conditioning and only windows are in bedroom which is on hwy 101 and it is noisy. Stains on carpet but otherwise clean. Overall great location and had a nice stay. Not all fees were listed when looking at options to book. Taxes were extra 100 so overall kinda expensive for what you got. No dishwasher either which was unexpected.
