The Space:

Get away in this charming oceanfront condo! 214 at D Sands offers stunning ocean views, a cozy gas fireplace, and tasteful surroundings for up to 6 people. Sleep like a King in the bedroom or let yourself be lulled to sleep in the living room's queen bed or sleeper sofa. Explore surrounding Lincoln City or start your adventure at our easy beach access stairs. The full kitchen is stocked for your convenience, and we also provide access to the HOA's pool and commercial Wi-Fi. Book today!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Beautiful weekend on the Oregon coast

Great location and easy access to the beach. We were all very confortable and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the coast.

Family getaway

The Bachelorette Pad was amazing! Room was very cozy and felt like home and with a spectacular view of the ocean. Great location in between all of the shops/stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend and revisit.

Wonderful view of ocean!

I loved staying here! The easy beach access and room with views and a deck facing the ocean was so nice. Clean, spacious, and loved the kitchen and fireplace. I will stay here again.

Beach Front oasis

Beautiful view! Comfortable beds and couches and had plenty of amenities such as spices, oil and lots of ice cubes! Only thing it was missing was some kids sand toys because we forgot ours at home.

We had an awesome time! Everything was perfect! Except the dishes weren’t cleaned well so we had to wash everything before we used it. But other than that, it was an amazing stay, and an amazing time for a mama with her friends to escape for a little bit. Would stay again

Great Unit

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean, nice and new. We loved being right on the beach to watch the waves and just right out our front door to go for a walk on the beach. Staff was always friendly, nice and helpful. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful view

It was really nice place and I will be there for another time. We were 4 people and I think place need to change number from 6 to 4. Refrigerator was noise at night but still I love view.

Quick family get-away

The location was perfect! Woke up with a beach view! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook a meal. Lots of games and 2 TV's with cable! The coffee was out but that was a minor thing. Two grocery stores right across the street and both highly rated. Check in and out was easy to navigate! Thank you!!!

Stay at the Bachelorette pad

Condo was adorable! My husband and I didn't even use the bedroom, we spent all of our time in the living room with the patio door opened all night listening to the ocean. The condo had board games, extra chairs for the patio, extra pillows and blankets, even had hair dryer and styling tools. The room was super clean staff was friendly, close to everything great access to the beach. Will be back!!!

Lincoln City Beach front

Was nice however the unit we booked had bathroom issues and it was either cancel or moved to the third floor which we ended up doing. Third floor was not as nicely remodeled. Pool was nice however the spa was not working.

I hope you were able to enjoy some amazing ocean views and the easy beach access and that the keyless entry system was convenient for your family. I sincerely do apologize for having to move you to a different unit. We thought we had set aside ample time to remodel the bathroom, but it took longer than estimated. We did our best to act preemptively to get you into a suitable unit once we were aware of the issue, but we are sorry to inconvenience you during one of our projects to make this location a little nicer. The pool and spa are an HOA amenity, and it's been a struggle finding a reliable pool technician to service the hot tub for us. But it looks like they found someone, and we're hoping the hot tub will be open again soon. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review, and we hope you'll stay with us again once all our remodeling projects are done!

Fishing hook in carpet

Upon checking in there was a fishing hook stuck in the carpet which sliced my foot open. Not happy about this as was planning on hiking but that seems very difficult to do now!!

Alarm all night

The location is great however the bathroom is REALLY in need of updates and overall fixing. In addition there was an alarm from the unit above going off all night preventing us from sleeping. Upon speaking with the property manager there was no one in the unit. This was pretty annoying.

We do also apologize for the issue with the alarm going off, we do have an after hours emergency number that you could call for us to get someone down to fix the issue. As there was no one in the unit, we wouldn't have known about the issue until informed. We hope you were able to enjoy our amazing views, easy beach access, and centralized oceanfront location. Rest and Relaxation

This was an amazing little spot to get away, the views were amazing and the place was clean and comfortable, very cozy. The only complaints we had was the bed in the bedroom was rock hard so we had to sleep separately in the living room. An investment in a mattress topper would be wonderful. None of the outside lights worked and it was very dark in front of the building and on the stairs, not super safe but over all it was a great spot. The people were super nice and helpful! We will be back!

We've stayed several times now and never been disappointed. This time the tides were hi and the weather was stormy and the views fantastic. We spent most of the time in our room wave watching.
