Disfrute de unos días de vacaciones relajados en la idílica isla de Ugljan en el destino turístico de Preko. Este encantador apartamento de estudio ofrece espacio para 2 personas (posibilidad de cama adicional) y destaca por su superficie habitable de 25 m² y una terraza de 5 m² con una vista espléndida al mar.



El apartamento cuenta con una cocina pequeña pero completamente equipada, un baño, una cama doble, así como aire acondicionado, WiFi y TV por satélite. En la terraza podrá disfrutar de las puestas de sol sobre el Adriático.

Everything was great, we would recommend it. The location is good, it’s 10min to the sea,10min the supermarket and only about 45min hike to the old castle St Mihovil. The host was very very nice. Perfect!

The apartment is very clean and functional with all needed utilities for the stay. The house has a fantastic sea view with external spots to enjoy and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is 5 minutes walk to the downtown and the port of Preko. Very welcoming host, they came to pick us up on our arrival, recommended places around and offered some traditional sweets and drinks.

Perfect stay

The apartment is very clean and functional with all needed utilities for the stay. The house has an amazing seaview with external spots to enjoy and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is 5 minutes walking to the downtown and port of Preko. Very welcoming host, they came to pick us up on our arrival, recommended places around and offered some traditional sweets and drinks. All was perfect.

Nice and convenient studio apartment, wonderful yard with grapes, figs and citrus fruits and a cabin with a fireplace in it for barbecue. Host was polite, interesting and talkative explained everything upon check-in and was open for a conversation. Ugljan, Preko itself is a nice location with tourist attractions such as St. Michael fort (45min uphill), Galevac island with a monastery just across the Preko (2 minutes boat ride) and solid beaches. All in all - short but very pleasant stay.

We spent a week here

We spent a week here.. The Hosts: Ivo and his wife are amazing people. They are very welcoming and very friendly. Ivo picked up us from the ferry port and drove us back there when we were leaving. The Appartment is sparkly clean, well equiped and has an amazing seaview. There is also a big and wonderfull garden where we could sit and enjoy the outstanding seaview and the delicious fruits. The location of the Appartment is perfect, 5 mn away from the center of preko, the beaches, Supermarkts, restaurants..... There is also a hiking trail nearby in which you can reach the sveti mihovil castle on the top of the hill and some hiding beaches. We loved this Place and Ugljan Island in general, because it s not a party island, not crowded and with a good ferry connection to Zadar. We look forward to coming back soon.

I have spent a week in the house of Ivo and his wife

I have spent a week in the house of Ivo and his wife. Ivo offered us to pick us up at the ferry port, that was nice. They are a calm couple and ready to help with anything. I liked the location of the house, it was quiet and close to the restaurants, beaches, supermarkets. There is a bus stop directly in front of the garden, so you can easily get on the bus and visit the neigbouring towns. The ruin of the fortress of St. Michael is not far away, so you can plan a hike even doable with children when you take a few breaks, I did it with my 6-year-old. I would also recommend to take a ferry to the Ošljak island, you can hike all around it and take a dip in the sea when you feel like it, we did it and it was very nice, there is an old mill and a couple of spots where you can enjoy the peacefullness on one of the smallest inhibited islands of Croatia.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt

Wir wurden von einem netten, älteren Ehepaar empfangen. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und baten uns direkt an, uns von der Fähre mit dem Auto abzuholen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend zum Strand benötigt man ca. 7 min und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht über preko. Auch der mitbenutzbare Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Insgesamt eine mehr als gelungene Erfahrung.

Der Ausblick über das Meer ist wunderschön

Der Mann war ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und herzlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar von der Fähre abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Der Ausblick über das Meer ist wunderschön und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist super für 2 Personen und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

De locatie is uitstekend, prachtig uitzicht maar als je slecht te been bent is het een hele zware klim naar boven. Met alle plezier komt de eigenaar je met de auto ophalen na elk telefoontje ook bv na een etentje in het centrum of een dagje strand.

Très bon séjour, l'hôte a été très accueillant, il nous a proposé contre un petit supplément un autre appartement à qu'il loue étant disponible, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la ville de Zadar en face. Pour ce qui est des vacances Preko est une ville superbe, idéale pour une semaine de vacances au calme. L'eau de la mer est claire et chaude, la plage la plus proche est à 5 minutes à pieds. Merci Ivo, on reviendra si l'avenir nous le permet.
