Villa Preveli

Location: Prines near Rethymnon, Crete | 6+1

The house is located about 6 km outside of Rethymnon on the outskirts of Prines in a quiet location in a small settlement with stone houses in the Cretan style. Due to its hillside location, it offers a distant view of both the White Mountains and the sea.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms available.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom has air conditioning and a TV. From this bedroom you have access to the large roof terrace.



On the ground floor there is the second bedroom with a double bed, AC (the safe is also located here) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Also on the ground floor you will find a third, small bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, but without a wardrobe. All beds are equipped with very high quality mattresses. The living room is also comfortably furnished and all German programs can be received via the satellite system. This area is also equipped with an AC that extends to the kitchen.

The villa is equipped with WiFi (flat rate).

The villa has a new, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher... The kitchen also has a dining area for 6 people.



The house is cleaned once a week, the beds are made and the towels are changed.

If desired, we will be happy to provide you with a baby bed and a high chair.

The terraces are equipped with high-quality garden furniture and parasols. The pergola on the upper terrace is shaded. There is a pool of approximately 32 square meters, which is of course only available to you. You can park the car under the old chestnut trees.

**07.11. - 31.03. the prices are without electricity! Electricity is charged extra based on consumption. Price on request.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From 01.05. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
