The detached holiday home, built in 2013, is rustically furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: a sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and a campfire site. The use of the sauna is billed via the electricity bill.

Plot partially fenced, entrance area open. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 2000 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Winter access via a side road - Janovice turning opposite the Farma Rudnik turning;

Arrival in summer on a side road that turns off by the Pension Herman towards Janovice.
