Montain hut Almhütte Katharina in a fantastic secluded location

Die einzeln stehende Berghütte ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der sonnigen Hanglage am Waldrand ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Schaukel, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Lagerfeuerplatz.


Location
Mühlbach im Pinzgau. The mountain hut is located on a 20,000 sqm open forest property with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Our rustic alpine hut Katharina is a rustic and romantic hut from the 19th century that has preserved the charm of past centuries.

However, the hut has been adapted and modernised to meet today’s comfort standards. Thus, there is an infrared heater in every room and hot water is provided by an electric boiler. In the hut there are two showers behind a curtain in the hallway and there are also two separate WCs in the house. To make the hut nice and warm there are two large wood-burning stoves and plenty of wood is also available.

. Access is via a mountain road (unpaved, length 500 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking on the property. Access by car is no problem in summer all the way to the house; in winter the path to the house is also cleared, nevertheless you will need snow chains and four-wheel drive to drive up to the house. Otherwise, there are parking options up to approx. 250 metres before the house.

Elektroheizung. Es gibt in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Aufenthaltsraum eine Infrarotheizung plus 3 Holzöfen ,somit ist eine durchgehende angenehme Wärme.

Warmwasser gibt es über einen Strom-Boiler. Reichlich Holz zum Einheizen ist vorhanden. Gitterbett, Kinderstuhl, Internetzugang (WLAN), Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Satellit.

Unterhalb des Grundstücks befindet sich der Fluss Salzbach, entlang diesem führt Sie ein schöner kilometerlanger Fahrradweg auf Entdeckungstour. Hollersbach 9 km mit Erlebnisspielplatz, Freibad. Rafting oder Canyoning am Wildkogel. Im Winter: Skilift 2,5 km in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Skigebiet 2,5 km in Bramberg am Wildkogel (Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen). Skibus 500 m. Skiverleih, Skischule jeweils 2,5 km in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Rodelbahn in Neukirchen 7 km. Bramberg am Wildkogel und Neukirchen am Grossvenediger sind Teil des Skigebiets der Wildkogel-Arena, das sich zwischen dem Nationalpark Hohe Tauern und den Kitzbüheler Alpen erstreckt. Panoramabahn 2 km zu den Kitzbüheler Alpen.

The entrance to your mountain chalet is on the ground floor and leads directly into the entrance hall with cloakroom.

Bedroom with 1 double bed, 3 additional beds on couch/sofa and a fold-out mattress.
