A bedroom in a guest house (apt) with private kitchenette and full bathroom. Close to a local shopping center, bus stops to city center, train and the beaches. Everything is close here - groceries, green groceries, pharmacy and so on and on.
Foldable sofa can convert into a quin size double-bed, but the room fits best one person due to the room size. But you may request a quote.
Highly recommended - boat fishing and sea travel. Book in advance!
All local guests must pay 17% VAT before the check-in.
I make photocopy of all guests' passport. We will make photocopies of all guests' passports upon check-in. This will also serve as a VAT exemption for foreign guests.
