Ferienhaus Villa La Rocca

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln bei Sauberkeit wie verschutzem Sofa und Liegen im Garten. Parkmöglichkeit war nicht vorhanden, da die Einfahrt sehr klein und die Garage nicht zu öffnen war. Auch die Gärtner haben uns einmal Morgens um 9:00 mit ihren Motorsensen gestört, das könnte besser organisiert sein. Ich würde es trotzdem wieder buchen, hat viel Platz und eine riesige Dachterrasse mit super Aussicht vomTurm.

Schönes großes Haus, ruhige Lage

Mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind waren wir im Sept. 2022 für zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sauber, liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse und in Strandnähe. Die überdachte Terrasse und die zwei großen Dachterrassen (Meersicht) sind toll. Insb. die Küche war sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Elektrogeräte etc.), auch Kunststoffgeschirr u. -becher für kleine Urlauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind unterschiedlich groß, die Bäder sind etwas klein. Klare Empfehlung, gerne wieder

Ruim huis met mooi buitenterras en privacy.door ontbreken van airco bij hitte niet in te wonen en slapen,hierdoor ook veel musquitos.dichtbij strand.voor zwembad op park dient betaald te worden met woekerprijzen.24 euro pp op de dag,reductie 17 tot 20uur 10 euro pp. dichtbij strand.typisch oude spaanse villa met inmiddels wat gebreken.(deur) zou graag wat extra betalen voor toekomstige airco,want alleen ventilator niet meer van deze tijd

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage nah am Strand

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke von Cambrils, mitten in einer Siedlung mit Ferienhäusern. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5 Minuten, dieser ist sauber und ausreichend breit. Da in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Hotel ist, hat man am Strand ein Restaurant, eine Bar sowie ein Wassersportcenter. Allerdings kann es abends auch etwas lauter werden, da man die Hotelanimation hört. Stört aber nur bedingt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Küche sehr gut, WaMa vorhanden. Könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Cass espaciosa, aireada y fresca. Imprescindible para verano. Heramos 7, 3 adultos y 4 niños de 2 a 4 años, los niños tenian sitio para correr por el jardin sin tener que preocuoarnos por desniveles o bordillos en el. El interior de la casa como he dicho antes es muy espaciosa excepto la cocina que era pequeña para la casa que era, tampoco tenia aire acondicionado pero no lo necesitavas. Lo que si no tiene es garaje ni sitio para dejar el coche dentro de la casa.

Lugar tranquilo, pero con carencias.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y cerca de la playa, que es lo que buscábamos. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, y a la casa le falta mejorar detalles, cortinas caídas, persiana que no funciona etc. Lo peor un insoportable vecino que intento amargarnos las vacaciones. Lo mejor la atención del personal de Interhome.

Groot huis met ideale ligging

Dit huis ligt perfect van strand, boulevard en zwembaden (waar je voor moet betalen) Het huis was niet heel schoon bij aankomst en heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Een airconditioning zou ook fijn zijn. Voor de rest een prima huis.

Leider nur ok

Die "Villa" ist geräumig und bietet 8 Personen auch Platz, aber der Allgemeinzustand ist ziemlich schlecht. Es war nicht richtig sauber und eine Renovierung könnte auch nicht schaden.Organisation, wie Schlüsselübergabe, problemlos. Die Terassentür schließt nicht richtig - Einbruchgefahr!
