Welcome to our charming holiday apartment in a listed farmhouse dating back to 1829, just 5 km from Bad Windsheim. The house is peacefully situated on the edge of the village, overlooking the town, an old lime tree, and a garden that borders a picturesque orchard. Apple, plum, and cherry trees frame the property, while in summer birds sing and bees hum – a true paradise for nature lovers and anyone seeking tranquility.
Children can run freely on the adjacent meadow, play football, or explore the beaver lodge by the stream. For relaxed moments, a fire pit, a grill, and two sun loungers are available – perfect for warm summer evenings or a leisurely breakfast outdoors.
The apartment offers 110 m² of comfortable living space: the historic living room from 1829 has been transformed into a cozy lounge with a dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen is connected via a convenient pass-through. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds; upstairs, a double bedroom (with optional cot) and another bedroom with a single bed. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the comfort.
