Modern beach house on a prime private block in the Dunes. The three spacious bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master has a private balcony. There is also a loft space which doubles as an office/tv room. The main living area boasts double high ceilings, a sleek custom kitchen, as well as a fireplace. The street has its own private beach access as well as a tennis court. Enjoy private beach living while still only being a short distance from town.
