We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt like a luxury spa with all the high-end amenities. The pool was perfect—clean, refreshing, and such a great place to relax.What truly set this stay apart was the attention to detail. The home was fully stocked with everything we could imagine, making it effortless to settle right in. On top of that, Ray went above and beyond—he even stopped by personally to help answer a couple of our questions and made sure we felt completely taken care of.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in Sag Harbor. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

One of the best stays we have ever had in Sag Harbor. Our friend and family group have spent Labor Day in Sag Harbor for over ten years. The home is gorgeous and upscale and the pool, cabana and backyard are top notch. Ray was extremely responsive and hospitable. We would love to come back and stay even longer.

Ray and his team were so hospitable and took such good care of us. The house is super family friendly, and they fenced off the pool for us and had a high chair and lots of pool toys for our little one. The beds are so comfortable, the towels are luxurious, and the property is spotless. The construction is high quality and the open layout of the kitchen / living room area to the backyard makes it such an Inviting place to spend time away from home. Will be back again next year!

Great location, lot's to do

Ray offered to get us into the house before the actual check in time. The house is fully equipped and in the best location. We were 2 families travelling with adult children, everyone is very active - this house has so much to offer, the pool, ping pong table, work out space, and so much more. We did not rent a car but we were able to walk into town every day and Sag Harbor is the cutest little town. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you Ray!

A Perfect Stay from Start to Finish – A True 5-Star Experience

From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, Ray went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed—even extra cleaning supplies when we asked. Traveling with a large family can be stressful, but Ray helped take that stress off our shoulders completely.The house itself is absolutely stunning. The kitchen was beautifully designed and fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it easy to cook for a big group. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool—it quickly became their favorite spot. I personally fell in love with the serene “secret garden” area, which had its own private entrance and felt like a hidden oasis.There is so much to do nearby! Ray and I enjoyed celebratory drinks and meals at some amazing local restaurants like Murph’s and Lulu Kitchen. The area is full of charm, great food, and fun—there was never a dull moment.A huge thank you also goes out to Ray’s assistants, Mitzy and Livia, who were just a call or text away whenever we needed anything. They were helpful, friendly, and made sure all the small details were handled.Overall, this was a beautiful, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. I highly recommend booking with Ray—you’ll be in great hands. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Sag Harbor retreat!

We spent an awesome week at Ray’s house. The pictures were completely accurate and it was so easy to communicate with Ray (and his helpful assistant). Super comfortable beds and great linens. We were traveling with 3 young kids and he went above and beyond - put up a fence around the pool, had a travel crib, high chair and some silicone plates/cups. The location was great. An easy walk to town and the bay beach. Makes a huge difference during high season with all the traffic. Would definitely stay again!

Raymond knocked it out of the park!!

Our short trip to sag harbor was planned very last minute. Raymond was more the than happy to accommodate and left us a really nice goody bag to boot !! The house was newly renovated with all the expected amenities. Lots of sleeping quarters yet felt cozy. From the pool and pool house, the outdoor kitchen, “driving range” and gym there was something for everyone !! Raymond was a gracious host!

Adorable house on the cutest, quietest street in Sag Harbor!

This place is an absolute gem. Four big bedrooms, a brand new kitchen and washer/dryer, lovely renovated interior, and huge fluffy towels in excess! A huge backyard with plenty of toys for little ones and a big patio table and chairs to enjoy amazing grilled dinners from the new gas BBQ grill was a huge plus. Also lots of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella available for use! The owner was extremely communicative, thoughtful, and an excellent host. This house is on a QUIET street in busy Sag Harbor, which gets plenty of traffic and not every street is so peaceful. This is a Hamptons GEM with a wonderful host to boot! Also- outdoor shower- my personal must-have at the beach, was fabulous with super hot water and good pressure. Lots of creature comforts at this house!

Was so fun and easy the landlord is fantastic and helpful two blocks from the beach and you can walk to sag harbor And the most comfortable mattresses ever . Brand new as we’re the towels and sheets
