Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement ..... une fois que vous stationnez dans votre allée, le véhicule n'est plus nécessaire .... oui, c'est vrai ... cette maison élégante et nouvelle est située au coeur de East Hampton Village et Toutes les attractions qui font de East Hampton à destination du monde entier. Vous pouvez vous promener dans les restaurants, les bars, les magasins, la gare, le bus Jitney, les épiceries et les plages océaniques immaculées qui ne sont que de 1 à 2 et à 2 km. Et la meilleure partie est que la maison est située sur un quartier tranquille et abrupt bordant la zone boisée qui la rend centralement cachée dans le morceau de paradis du bois. La maison est très accueillante, conçue pour la prière intérieure et extérieure, le premier étage ouvert, le grand espace habitable au niveau inférieur avec barre humide, table de billard, centre multimédia et accès facile à la piscine. Juste à l'extérieur de la cuisine, vous disposez d'un plateau en acajou surdimensionné avec un ensemble à manger en teck et des chaises longues, un aménagement paysager luxuriant et mûr, beaucoup de zone herbeuse autour de la piscine chauffée chauffée 20x40, pour les jeux et le plaisir au soleil. Il a été construit en 2016, donc oui, tout est haut de gamme et tout neuf, vous obtenez rarement une telle opportunité dans le Centre de East Hampton Village.

This is a lovely well maintained home. We never used pool room but there are plenty of spots to “detach” if you have a crowd. Beds were very comfortable … each with tv. Location is perfect for walkers.

Perfect East Hampton Location

Great for groups or larger families who want to stay together in one location. Excellent location. Main Street East Hampton shops and restaurants are just outside your front door, but house still feels private. Highly recommend.

This house is a great spot - walkable to all things East Hampton, we went to town daily. We biked to the beach! Right next to grocery store, Starbucks, and SoulCycle. We loved it & would book again!

Perfect location tucked away in town. Beautiful kitchen open to dining room, great for entertaining. Close to all of our favorite restaurants and just a couple miles from the beach! Joe and Galina were very attentive and easy to communicate with… Had a lovely time…

Best vacation home ever!!

This was truly a home away from home experience and being located so close to the village of East Hampton was the icing on the cake. The house is beautiful and so comfortable and entertaining that we chose to stay in most nights. The Circuit transit system was a dream to use in order to get to and from Main Beach. We plan on returning to this home again. The owners are the nicest people and were so kind and accommodating.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and the house was as described on the Vrbo site. The location was great and allowed us to walk to town without having to deal with our car….a great perk!Two improvements I would suggest, the stairway from the first floor to the second is fairly steep and the stair treads were polished wood and present a potential for a nasty slip and fall. I would like to see the stair treads covered with a tight knit carpet or any material that would be more secure and slip resistant. Secondly, the back deck was more than ample and the deck furniture was very nice, but the deck itself was a dirty and loaded with mold, pollen, and bird residue. Before we could even think of having diner outside it needed a through cleaning. I found a pale and scrub brush and cleaned it myself. No big deal, but the deck, the deck railing and the outside table should be cleaned between tenants. Hopefully these are helpful suggestions. We did enjoy our stay!

Perfect East Hampton Stay!

I have been visiting East Hampton for 20 years, and find it to be the most magical, chic, prestigious Summer dream town in the country! This house is PERFECTLY positioned so that you can walk to this beautiful town in just a few steps day in and day out. It’s truly a dream, especially with kids. You have the grocery store, shops, restaurants, playgrounds and farmers market at your front door. But the best part if that when you return to the home you would never know what’s going on around the corner. The second you enter, it feels like the perfect private oasis. I love the renovated, clean aesthetic of the home. Perfect for a family with its 5 bedrooms. Nicely appointed and updated. Love the pool and the back deck for family nights. There is an outdoor shower too which is nice when coming home from the beach a few minutes away by car and also one of the best in the country. The host communicated so well with us and we felt very well taken care of during the stay. This house is an East Hampton jackpot! We will be returning.

Summer Getaway

After 2 years without a vacation, this long awaited time away was well worth it. The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and Joe was an amazing host. Beach is walkable (about a mile) or you can take the shuttle. Groceries are around the corner. Restaurants all in. Walkable distance. Joe took great care of us…even dropping fresh vegetables for us to enjoy. Wonderful stay!

Amazing property with a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in mint condition. All bedrooms, the living room and the dining room are spacious and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is great. The location is unbeatable - secluded yet within a few minutes walking distance of downtown East Hampton with easy access to shops and restaurants as well as basketball and tennis courts. The beaches are also close by and, if you just want to relax at home, the swimming pool, the deck, the gym and the pool table at the property will give you plenty to enjoy. Last but not least, the owners, Joe and Galina, were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
