The house is located in a well maintained holiday home park in the northern Hessian mountains. With its almost opaque property, the house is located on the lake side. From here it is only about 600 m. to the beach.
The very well maintained and very tastefully furnished holiday home offers with 3 bedrooms enough sleeping facilities for families. A climate split unit in winter heats the house and can cool in the summer.

The leisure park Seepark Kirchheim invites both for relaxing lying on the bay (sand) as well as exciting water skiing at the existing facility there.
The water ski facility has an orbit of 700 m. Up to 16 runners can be pulled across the water at the same time. The speed is infinitely controllable from 20 - 64 km / h and thus adaptable to beginners or experts. The "pros" can try out in slalom or on the ski jump.
The lake has a good water quality, so that swimmers get their money. Anglers (with license) can indulge their hobby even after approval in the lake. Enjoy the lake while swimming and sunbathing, fishing or a leisurely stroll!
