The Space
Condo. Pool is directly in front of the unit. Private beach access with pool on the beach.

Recently Renovated!! NEW linens, mattresses, pillows, blankets, and decor are just a few of the newly updated items that await you.

One of the most re-visited complexes in Ocean Isle Beach, Starboard by the Sea features three outdoor pools (one oceanfront), three tennis courts, tidal canoe docks, and grilling areas. Private beach access makes hitting the sand a breeze!

House Rules
- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- Message us before booking if you have more than 6 people
- No Elevator Access
- No Pets, you will be charged $500 per pet if you bring a pet
- We provide a start of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- Do not lean or hang on railings
- No Smoking whatsoever
- No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per hour.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

We had a great stay with our family of five. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. There were also plenty of beach items in their storage space. We enjoyed how close the condo is to the pool by condo and the pool at the beach access. The neighbors were friendly too! We would definitely rebook for next summer. Thank you!

This place was a great stay with my family for the weekend, very convenient for the kids being right infeont of the pool and super easy walk to the ocean. They had everything and mean everything we needed for a great beach trip.Parking was great for 2 cars, the place was very clean, responded quickly to any questions or comments, overall would definitely come again.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed everything about the condo! Getting back and forth to the beach was incredibly easy, which made the whole trip that much more relaxing. The included beach closet was also a huge bonus—it was stocked with tons of really nice beach gear that we actually used and appreciated throughout our stay.Parking was easy and convenient, and the entire condo community was beautiful. The grounds were incredibly well maintained, clean, and just a really pleasant place to come back to after a day at the beach.We had a great time, felt very comfortable here, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway. We’d happily stay again!

Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Very simple check-in/check-out process. Condo location was perfect for us. Pool next to us was wonderful with a young child and beach was a few minutes away and short walk away. Ground level beach things storage was a wonderful surprise, with beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon to haul it all. Nice unit and it worked well for our family.

What a great stay we had! Inside everything was clean, stylish, and comfortable. Our hosts were attentive and provided excellent directions. The hosts also provide some start up supplies and linens, which was so appreciated. We enjoyed the pool right out the front door. Then there is the private beach access with a sitting area and an additional pool. AND no worries about paying for parking to visit the beach, it’s a short walk away! Loved watching the turtles sun themselves in the pond out back. So much fun! Very kid friendly!

The location was exactly what we wanted. Pool across the street and the beach was an easy walk. The condo is nicely furnished and the layout is excellent.

Loved our stay! This is a nice Place to stay close to the beach. Short east walk. Space is clean a great for a family to stay in. Also enjoyed use of the community pool!

Great Weekend Getaway!

Wonderful property

This condo was perfect for our friends and family getaway to the beach. The location was just what we needed. One of the pools was right out front along with the tennis courts. I would stay here again next time we are in town.

Good place to stay

This condo was great for myself and 3 friends. We had a great time even though it rained most of the time we were there. We spent a lot of our time in the condo and it was perfect! Hopefully we get to come back and stay!

Clean space, excellent communication!

Stayed here in July 2025 with my family and the stay was excellent. Condo was super convenient, clean and looks just like the photos. Communication with owners was amazing, always answering within minutes. Would absolutely rent again.

Great location at OIB

Perfect spot for our small family. Enjoyed access to the pool. pickle ball court, and short walk to beach. Very nice and updated condo!
