Welcome to my home! Just renovated, super clean, in a quiet neighborhood 240' from the Sugarloaf trailhead, we invite you for serenity and renewal. Created by an artist (moi) and full of original art, this is a home of beauty. Enjoy the views while relaxing on the sofa, listening to the sound of running water, or book a massage with your neighbor Jacob. We offer easy trail access, fast internet, a complete kitchen, tea / coffee, a laundry area, guide books, free parking.. and peace and beauty.

This is a house of healing, full of light. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, a place to lock your bike, and lots of flowers and greenery. Roll out the door and head 240' up the street to access the National Forest and miles and miles of hiking trails.

A highly respected Sedona massage therapist, Jacob Massey, lives in the studio on the side of the house and can be booked for private sessions. Please be aware that there is some noise overlap between the 2 spaces.

There's free parking in the carport. As to getting around the neighborhood it's best to walk as it's all of 3 blocks.

We purposely do not have a TV. It's about you time, not distractions.

Holiday getaway with family

Very clean property, and well supplied kitchen. We were able to prepare a nice dinner for us and our son's girlfriend and parents. Comfortable accommodations and very nice to have an RO filter for drinking water. Nearby were walking trails that were also well utilized. Conveniently located for our needs. Recommended!

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful home in a great location in Sedona. It's at the base of a short trail that's a pretty easy hike for all levels of hikers. It's a short distance away from the tourist hub of Sedona but near stores and restaurants. This home is quiet, inside and out. And, the night sky is incredible.

Lovely place in a great location

Very relaxing place to stay over the holidays. It is very close to hiking trails and centrally located to other Sedona attractions. The view from the neighborhood is lovely! There is a tenant living on the side of the house, but they have a separate entrance.

A Peaceful Bungalow with Personality

Lovely, peaceful, very clean property, situated in an ideal location to explore Sedona and the surrounding desert. Loved sitting by the big stone fireplace listening to the murmur of the fountain. The check-in process was very easy and there were no issues with the accommodations.

Great Location

The location was great with sugar loaf trailhead only a half block away and red rock views once you step out the front door. The space and bed worked great for what my wife and I were looking for in a quick trip to Sedona with eating out for a lot of meals.

Perfect for our stay

We had a great time staying at Peggy's charming house. The location is just perfect, everything is easily accessible and the house itself is clean, cozy and comfortable. Peggy is a great host, very communicative and approachable. I am very happy with the choice I made.

A perfect stay for Sedona

Trailhead Oasis

The house was very clean, relaxing and peaceful. It is a short walking distance to Sugarloaf trailhead which we had the opportunity to enjoy sunrise and sunset views. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. I would stay here again.

Clean, Convenient, and Cozy

Exceptionally clean house. Conveniently located walking distance from a trailhead, Sugar Loaf mountain, great hike, fantastic views, and easy driving distance to downtown. Home was very cozy with nice house plants and art, good vibes!

Hiker's retreat in beautiful West Sedona

Lovely, peaceful property in West Sedona. Steps away from the Sugarloaf trailhead and not far from a lot of good food options. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an escape from their busy life into nature.

My Sedona trip

A beautiful little nest at walking distance from a gorgeous trailhead. Cosy but spacious one bedroom suite with nicely equipped kitchen, located 5 mins away from Whole Foods and lots of convenient shops and restaurants in the heart of West Sedona.

Furniture was broken, requiring us to sleep on the floor. Central air conditioning only blew hot air and overcharged from the air b&b host for frivolous claims.

Incredibly close to terrific trailhead

The Garden Oasis was perfect for our 3-night stay in Sedona. The house is nestled into a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the Sugarloaf trailhead is only about 4 houses away. We walked that trail each evening we were there, and talked about how we would definitely make that walk part of our nightly routine if we lived there. So pleasant and scenic! We enjoyed cooking and relaxing at the property, too, which was comfortable and homey. Peggy was a great communicator when we had questions. Highly recommended!

Hello! I am an artist, meditator, workshop instructor and graphic designer ...and an active, outdoor person, who bikes everywhere, eats healthy, grows my own veggies, hikes, climbs, etc.
A professional artist, I paint and teach both drawing and painting, and I love to create. Most everything in and around the Garden Oasis I've made. My house is an ongoing art project and love affair. I hope you enjoy staying here as much as I enjoyed creating it!

Sedona is so very beautiful and so powerful. A walk out back in the canyon changes my world in a moment. Time stops – the beauty and majesty of the red rocks leave me in silence and awe. I hope while staying in my home you are also enveloped in this silence and enchanted beauty. "Life is a mystery to be lived, not a problem to be solved."

My home has a meditators energy, and we work hard to maintain the silent and peace of the house ...and this magic is palatable when you walk in. It is very clean, relax to the sound of running water from the water feature.
Located in a very quiet neighborhood off the main streets, with almost no through traffic it has a old style neighborhood charm. The national forest is just up the street, yet downtown West Sedona; major supermarkets, (Safeway, Basha's, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, etc. health food and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk.. We offer a full kitchen, for easy meal preparation with a 5 stage reverse osmosis water filter.
Essentially, this is a place to find healing and a space to get away from it all.
