Family memories are made here! Enjoy your stay in this newly remodeled authentic Atlantic home. Sit on the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the Bay of Bouctouche. Enjoy watching the fishermen, take the canoe and go for paddle to see the ocean life below you. You can see red sponge, crab, oysters, qouhogs, mussels the odd jelly fish. The bay water is warm in the summer as its shallow when the tide is out. Indoor sitting room for poor weather or night fire. Winter activities include the best snow mobile, atv, utv trails in North America! Yes I really do think so. Ice fishing right outside the home in the winter months. The possibilities are endless. Come enjoy friendly New Brunswick’s best kept sercret.

Really enjoyed the vacation rental - would definitely go back. Place was very clean, love the bedroom balcony and the sun room at the back of the property. The host was also very responsive.

Very clean and beautiful house. The host was fantastic and reachable. Very beautiful view of the Bay of Bouctouche.One thing my mother mentioned that she would have liked to have is a bathroom upstairs close to the bedrooms. She is 80, and going downstairs at night to use the washroom was a challenge. But that was her only suggestion. Everything else was fantastic.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable home with a beautiful view of the bay! It was so fun watching the oyster farm being harvested. This location is also 6-8 minutes from all the major attractions in Boutouche. Perfect vacation!

Cute little spot right across from the Baie

Overall, a nice stay. Very clean and cozy. Enjoyed the sunrise above the Baie. The wall unit (heat pump) was a bonus for cool ac!

Great family spot

The house is clean and remodelled; exactly as described. A short drive into town or the local beach. Owner is great...responds promptly to questions and gave great suggestions. Highly recommend!!

Great house with an awesome view!

Great value, great location, roomy, tidy, super helpful host. Much to do around the house, and the best part was that there are all the useful stores nearby, and that we were able to get to Caraquet, St-John, Hopewell Rocks and always be back "home" on the same night. As good as it gets!

We especially loved sitting outside and watching the fishermen head out to collect oysters. It was also very convenient to be close to everything we wanted to visit.I did want to mention a couple of small things that could make future stays even better:•There was only one dish towel available.•Only one wine glass was provided.•Some of the forks and knives were worn out and could use replacement.Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend your place.Thank you again,Susan

Charming home on the bay

Beautifully renovated home with an amazing waterfront view. You can even see PEI in the distance! Everything you would ever need to enjoy a quiet beach vacation. Just a short drive down the road and you can walk the 12km long sand dune, splash in the waves, or take a short drive in the opposite direction into Bouctouche to shop, eat or tour the Irving Gardens. Or stay just stay put and use the fully equipped kitchen in this beautiful home to create a tasty meal, binge watch your favorite show, or borrow their canoe to paddle in the bay just across the street. The host is very kind and responsive. It is definitely one of Bouctouche's best kept secrets. We can't wait to go back.

The house was perfect for our last minute getaway! It was extremely clean and well kept and close to all the near by attractions in bouctouche like akadia lumina. The back yard was also a great little hangout spot when we wanted to stay in. The view was gorgeous, its neat to watch the tide come in and out. Joe was easy to deal with. Overall a great stay!

La maison était propre et bien située sur le bord de l’eau et à proximité de plusieurs plages et attractions. L’équipement mis à notre disposition était cependant limité. La cuisine est équipée du strict minimum, il n’y a pas de table de chevet ni de lumière dans une des chambres. Il n’y avait pas non plus de fer à repasser, de mobilier extérieur (table, chaises, BBQ, etc.) ni de bois pour le feu. L’hôte ne fourni pas non plus de recommandations d’endroits à visiter, de pamphlet d’information ou de jeux de société.

Thank you for your feedback. There is a complete set of outdoor furniture set up in the pavilion outback. Guest have the option of viewing the ocean from inside or outside the pavilion. The bbq was unsuccessful when I tried it a few years ago. It was left filthy dirty and there is not enough time to turn the home over for the next guest stay after cleaning the bbq. The tourist center in town would have pamphlets. I will ad notes to cottage description about the tourist center.
