Large ground floor apartment with spacious living area, well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), wardrobe, bathroom with shower / WC and a separate toilet. Own terrace. Suitable for wheelchair users .... at ground level, sitting in the shower.
Our family-run house is located in a central, quiet location with an unforgettable view of the mountains from and around Ellmau. Whether summer or winter, our house is the ideal starting point for all leisure and holiday activities! 27-hole golf course, playground, riding stables, tennis court, ski schools, lifts and cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. To relax, we offer a flowering garden with swimming pond, sunny lawn and rustic garden shed. For the health: table tennis and fitness room, sauna and solarium. Pets on request.
