Our apartment house consists of several apartments, which we have recently redesigned for you.

Located in the heart of Grömitz, you can reach the beach and shopping facilities, banks, pharmacy and doctors as well as the good Grömitzer gastronomy, promenade, pier and the seawater surf bath "Grömitzer-Welle" within a maximum of 500 meters.

Directly adjacent to the beautiful spa park, with private access, your holiday rest is right on your doorstep.

All apartments are furnished in a friendly, modern, maritime flair and give you a cozy holiday home when you return from a long day at the beach or from excursions in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.

Our apartment "port" is a 3-room apartment with about 56 m² and ideal for a family of 4.

The living room with integrated kitchenette and dining area is a place for comfort and convivial hours. Enjoy the view of the garden and the adjacent spa park from the breakfast table in the light-flooded bay window. The maritime-designed sitting area with couch, armchair and 40 '' (102 cm) flat screen invites you to laze around, while in the kitchen, which is separated from the living room by a bar, dinner is prepared. NEW ! A brand new kitchen with dishwasher etc. - same price :)

The two bedrooms are one behind the other and are each furnished with double beds (90 x 190 cm) and wardrobes. From the front bedroom you get directly into the daylight shower room and also into the second bedroom.

All rooms are designed with high-quality design planks in noble wood look, the bathroom is tiled. All windows are equipped with external blinds.

The Seepark is nestled on a slight hillside between Christian-Westphal-Straße and the Kurpark. You reach the apartment port side by the ground-level entrance on the garden and spa park side of the house.

The apartment has a parking space on the property. For brought bikes or carts there is a shared parking space in the carport or garage. The bicycles and carts that belong to the "Seepark" can also be used free of charge by all guests of the house. The beautiful seating area in the garden with beach chairs and barbecue offers a beautiful view of the park and invites all guests of the house to relax. The great big playground directly in the park is the hit with all small guests.
