The 3 *** apartment "No. 180" was completely renovated, newly furnished and is from March 2018 for the first time in the holiday rental. It is a Non smoking apartment, even pets are not allowed here. In the entire apartment we have carpets, or Carpets omitted, but laid a high quality warm vinyl floor.

The apartment is located in the 2nd Floor of the apartment complex "House Baltic" and offers enough space for a maximum of 4 persons. The total area of approximately 49 m² (43 m² DIN) is distributed over a bright, very spacious living-dining room, a separate bedroom, a separate kitchen with every comfort, a bright bathroom and a hallway. From the hall you get into the bright and friendly furnished living room with a sitting area (sofa bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m), and a dining area for 4 people. A flat screen TV (many digital channels), a DVD player, a CD player with radio, as well as a W-Lan connection for Internet access are available. It was of course also thought that (if it rains once) for each a selection of DVDs, CDs, games and books are available. From the living room you have access to the south-west balcony (about 7.5 m²), where you can comfortably enjoy the sun with 4 people into the early evening. From here you have a great view towards the dike with a side sea view. The brand new kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, and a microwave oven with grill function. Of course, various kitchen appliances, such as coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, u. S. W. contain. The separate bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed for 2 persons, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a gentleman's attendant. Due to the existing roller blinds, it can be almost completely darkened. The bathroom is functional with shower, toilet and vanity.
During the season there is a free beach chair in the 1st. Row available.

The house Baltic is a very well-kept residential complex, which is located directly behind the dike. The Baltic Sea beach and the beach chair is only about 100 m. The center is only a few minutes walk along the beach promenade. There is always something to see here.
